I haven't visited a Starbucks coffee shop for a long time, but when I visited it a few years later, I was satisfied. They still make good classic black coffee and delicious desserts. I haven't tried non-standard coffee drinks and summer ice cream options yet, but I have something to order in the future.

I am writing my review here. Since I have not received any solution to the situation from the support by email csupport@alshaya.kz 11.03.26 I purchased your mug in your coffee shop located at MEGA Silk Way shopping center, Kabanbai Batyr Avenue, 62. (Kazakhstan, Astana). Unfortunately, after the third use, a crack appeared on the mug and, accordingly, it is no longer possible to use it, since it leaks (photo attached). I could no longer make a refund or exchange, as I was on vacation in Astana, and the marriage was discovered after departure. This is not my first Starbucks mug, I know what quality they should be, and it was transported in my carry-on luggage, in my shipping box. On 03/16/26, I emailed support, and on 03/27/26 I was asked to send my card and account details, as well as a scanned ID. They did not respond to my request to simply send a mug to exchange the same cash. As a result, I sent all the details, but there was no response from your company, as well as a refund of any funds. I really hope that the situation will be resolved.
