This is the third year I've been going to the Bosco salon — from hair to pedicure, I do everything here and I LOVE IT The convenient location, the girls of the master are just super, they work carefully and know their business. The materials are really high-quality, the result lasts a long time. I liked that they create an atmosphere here: while you are being made beautiful, you can calmly drink coffee and relax. You feel comfortable and leave in a good mood. At least I would go every day )

There are no complaints about the salon Just a terrible attitude towards customers. I signed up for a manicure, but she didn't show up and didn't even warn me. I spent an hour of my time on the way there and back, as well as money for travel, so that in the end I just stood at the door and left with nothing. She didn't answer my calls. No respect for other people's time and plans. When the master got in touch, almost by the time she arrived at the salon, she replied that she had simply forgotten about me. It's unprofessional and irresponsible. If you value your time and money, avoid this wizard.

I must say right away that the master of laser hair removal is good here. Disgusting service. They got a terrible haircut: I asked for "a little bit of length reduction to remove damaged hair." I stressed several times that I want to keep my hair as long as possible, not cut it a lot. The master made me either a cascade from the noughties, or a mallet - I have to constantly invent some hairstyles to hide it. I have very straight hair, so it looks even worse. I curl my hair every day, but it comes loose after a few hours and this ugliness becomes visible again. I'm probably going to have to do hair extensions to make it look more presentable. I wrote to the administrator about all this, and she shifted the blame on me))) Allegedly, I agreed and it was my own fault.
