The beach is 100 meters, and people only show up by Friday, a wide beach, everything is cool. There is a paddling pool for night swimming.
The room is cleaned every day. The breakfasts are varied, there are repetitions, about once a week. In the heat, of course, there are fruits.
The only thing the local horsemen love at night is to come in their cars and arrange tests)) my windows overlooked the beach, I took the earplugs well.
Wide walking areas, you can take a bike along the canal directly to the center, I advise you

Minuses. Price! How can you ask for such money for this?! The rooms are old, they have not been repaired since that century. Very not cozy. Large and spacious, but there is no filling, everything looks and feels empty. The furniture is old.
Parking on the street.
The pool was not working, but they immediately warned about it.
The beach opposite is not equipped.
In the evenings, the parking lot behind the hotel is filled with cars and people. Accordingly, it is very loud, you can't sleep with the windows open.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The price is very much overpriced

I really liked this hotel. The staff is as friendly as possible, the breakfasts are wonderful, the pool is almost always empty and clean, the rooms are large, the beach is right behind the fence.

I am in love with the terrace and cafe of the hotel, the sounds of the saxophone when swimming in the pool... Friendly hotel staff. Delicious cuisine, clean. On the territory there is the possibility of classes with an instructor on kiteboarding immersion in water or you can swim on the sapa yourself.

In every sense, a good location. The beach is 2 minutes away, the swimming pool is on site, a large shopping complex is 3 minutes away, Rooms and beds in the villa for 20 people for sure, so you can never meet if you live as a family. I highly recommend it.

they were 5 years ago... I liked everything... if you do not bend your fingers,,. Even an evening party of rockers on superauto... 4-5 km to the Sail along the magnificent embankment... fish market... we cooked seafood ourselves... Yes, there is a taxi or bus to the center, but it does not bother... it's been almost 3 weeks, but . . . little..

The hotel is just super. It turned out for 6 nights 17,000 rubles. The room is large, good kitchen. The beach is clean and not crowded. Wonderful vacation.
