It took me a long time to choose a hotel in Jumeirah. I decided to stay here for a few days after a vacation in Fujairah. The hotel is just great!!! The staff is so friendly that from the very first minutes it felt like we were at home. They gave us a room of a higher category than we ordered, and even with a view of the bay. Check-in took about 10 minutes. The room is a little tired, but it is being updated. Everything you need is available. Any requests for a comfortable stay were resolved in 5 minutes. The breakfast is great!! My husband had a birthday, unexpected congratulations from the hotel. The room was decorated with balloons, inscriptions, and a small birthday cake. Everything was just great. Thanks to all the staff for the welcome and care. The girl Sama was especially charmed. Separate greetings to her!!! 🌹We will definitely return there!!!🤗

Amazing breakfasts overlooking the sea, a clean swimming pool, a gym, and the most friendly staff who do everything to make us feel like the most important guests of this wonderful hotel. It's a great place. Excellent staff. I would especially like to mention the receptionist and the young man in the electric car, who helped us a lot when we checked out on May 30 at noon. Unfortunately, I didn't remember their names. A vacation for those who care about the sea, the beach and privacy from the hustle and bustle.

I am in love with the terrace and cafe of the hotel, the sounds of the saxophone when swimming in the pool... Friendly hotel staff. Delicious cuisine, clean. Positive. Excellent breakfasts. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. A good gym. Good enough cleaning. Minuses. Price! How can you ask for such money for this?! The rooms are old, they have not been repaired since that century. Very not cozy. Large and spacious, but there is no filling, everything looks and feels empty. The furniture is old. Parking on the street. The pool was not working, but they immediately warned about it. The beach opposite is not equipped. In the evenings, the parking lot behind the hotel is filled with cars and people. Accordingly, it is very loud, you can't sleep with the windows open. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The price is very much overpriced
