I had a very disappointing experience at this Swarovski store. The sellers Beyaz, Merve, and Tuğçe ,were consistently rude and unprofessional. Their lack of product knowledge was obvious, and instead of helping customers, they spent their time gossiping, laughing, and exchanging looks with each other as if the customers were a joke. It’s extremely uncomfortable to shop in a place where the staff makes you feel unwelcome and judged. Swarovski is a luxury brand, but the behavior of these employees brings the entire store’s reputation down. Their attitude is careless, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing for a brand that claims to value customer experience. Nothing about their behavior suggests they take their job seriously; it felt like dealing with people who would rather mock customers than assist them. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, then they shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. Swarovski should start by teaching them basic manners before letting them interact with customers. This store needs serious management attention, and I will be reporting it directly to Swarovski. Absolutely not the level of service anyone expects.
