An amazing village council and a new life for this building . The Virspetsstroy company has made an incredible transformation to this building and given it a second life and new opportunities for the local residents of the agro-town. The Soviet-built building, which had been destroyed for several years , was brought to a new life . Thanks to the builders of the Virspetsstroy company.
