The dog wrote on the bed and a stain was left on the mattress. We found this company on Instagram. Even though the time was 23:00, they answered our message literally within 5 minutes and scheduled the cleaning for the next day at 15:00. The cleaning master called in advance the next day that he would be able to arrive earlier, which was even better for me personally. I arrived, changed my shoes, was very polite and got to work. I didn't even expect that everything would happen so quickly and efficiently. The smell and traces of urine are gone. We were given a 5% discount on the next cleaning and a reminder on furniture and mattress care. I was very pleased. It's been 3 days, there's no smell and no stain either. I was told that if it suddenly appeared, they would come and eliminate it, but fortunately it was not necessary. Thanks for the work.
