This amazing hotel became my home for 3 weeks and mostly because of the incredible hospitality and support by reception team - Ramadan (you are the best!), Madara, Angelene - thank you very much! Honestly never expected and experienced anything of such comfort, proactive approach and just super care as you made me feel guys.
And I travel a lot.
The hotel itself located just in the center of anything - 1 min walk to metro station and you can get anywhere really quickly. As well as with the taxi - the location is just perfect.
My room was on the top floor, it had everything - comfy bed, a lot of space, fully equipped kitchen (microwave and electric stove), bottle of water every day (tea, sugar, napkins, iron, whatever you need m’am). Big bathroom with a bath and big mirror. The offer now includes daily transfers and free access to Soluna beach at the Palm, but I prefer Kite beach, and you can be there in 25 min by bus, which is 5 min walk from the hotel or faster by taxi.
The cleaning was super friendly and really nice as well.
Thank you very much for the kind spirit and I am looking forward to coming back!

I settled here two months ago. I like everything very much. High-level service. The staff is very responsive and kind. Special thanks to Nadim, he creates a cozy atmosphere.

A good hotel, without unnecessary frills, very good location, close to shops, cafes and most importantly the metro. The transfer takes you to a great beach on a palm tree, used for the first time such a service did not bother at all.

I liked the hotel - a couple of minutes to the metro station, we had a good view from the window of the 8th floor. We took it from the kitchen - I was surprised that all the necessary equipment was in place. They cleaned it every day. Water was brought daily - 1l. The staff at the reception and those who cleaned the room and appliances. I read somewhere in the review that there was no hot water in the rooms - we came across this, but it turned out that we ourselves turned off the switch, mistaking it for a light. Nice pool area, the pool itself is small, but it was comfortable for us. A small but functional gym. An amazing bonus from the hotel is the location and transfer of the Soluna beach club on the island of Palm Jumeirah (daily!!!).
Of the cons, the worn furniture is visible, the hotel is not new. But everything is clean and tidy. Our family liked it for everything.
Oh, yeah... during the week of our stay, we did not see a single Russian-speaking administrator. But we didn't need it, so it's just a fact. The photo shows their gym and the view from the window.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. Every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed. Everything is clean and close to the subway. Very convenient location.

The very caring staff of the hotel were always ready to prompt and help. The location of the hotel is beyond praise, it is convenient to get to almost any point (as far as possible in Dubai). The pool upstairs is tiny, of course, but it's still cold to swim in winter. Charming cats walk nearby

A very cool hotel. Yes, the room is not the most "fresh". But there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay! We cooked salads and cocktails in the kitchen) And the coolest thing is the transfer to the beach club with beautiful beach chairs and several pools. We spent the whole day there! Very attentive administrators. Several times they took our food delivery themselves and brought it to the room. A convenient metro station is nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, 2 min to the metro, 5-7 min to buses in different directions. The apartments (1-bedroom apartment), although small, are equipped with everything necessary for a long-term stay. 1 liter bottle of water, tea/coffee/sugar as a compliment at each cleaning, regular cleaning of towels and bed linen with me. Permanent promotional offer for the private beach Soluna beach club on Palm Jumeirah (100 dirhams, 50 refund for food and drinks at the beach bar and restaurant) . Very pleasant, polite and hospitable English-speaking staff. Gym.
Of the minuses: a very small pool. Appliances and furniture are a little tired, the designer of the kitchen set wants to look into the eyes)) a strange layout of the toilet with a phone opposite the toilet, the bed is not for tall, because the room has a bay window, the corner of the bed actually rests against the window, and to get around it, you need to hit your head against the corner of the TV hanging on the bracket. But in general, 1. you can adapt to all these features of the room, 2. people come to Dubai not to sit in the room 3. maybe we just weren't very lucky and other rooms are designed more competently.

There is no buffet, having breakfast with pancake or scrambled eggs every day gets boring on the second morning

Lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a kitchen and all kitchen utensils. This is very convenient, you can save on daily trips to restaurants. There are several decent grocery stores near the hotel. The room has a separate bedroom. There is a place to work with a computer, as well as an exercise bike for sports.
