Grown men play shooters and scream so hard that their ears are filled with noise and obscenities. It's not a particularly pleasant place, but unfortunately the alternatives in the city are about the same level.

We ordered a room for 4 people , at 21:00 , due to reasons beyond our control , we were 10 minutes late. We arrived , and they tell us that our room is already occupied ! No one called us and asked if we would be able to put other people in ( we booked ) As a result, they told us that they could not help us in any way and kicked us out ! No one wanted to solve our problem, the staff said we don't know how to help you! This is not professional , customer orientation is zero ! I ask you to teach or replace employees, as you spoil your reputation!
