Unfortunately, we left the business we preferred for Iftar as two families yesterday evening with a great disappointment. The more inviting the ambience and elegance of the place was, the more the quality of service and food remained in the classroom. The main problems we have: Staff Attitude: The general attitude of the waiters was quite reluctant and far from polite. They seemed to be experiencing a grief that I did not name. When we conveyed our complaint about cold meatballs and lahmacun, instead of being solution-oriented, we encountered a laconic attitude as if we were saying, "what's wrong with this, brother, we put it in front of you". Food Quality: The starters (içli köfte, lahmacun) were served cold on the table. The Adana kebab that followed was very inadequate as a portion and far below the standards in terms of taste/form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to say anything positive about the Bulgur rice and tandoor that came as the main dish; the only acceptable part of the menu was grilled chicken. Service Failure: Even though we requested it twice, the bread was not delivered to the table. At a point when we pay 2,500 TL per person, we expect to buy an "experience", not just food. However, unfortunately, the service we receive from a well-established brand such as Kaşibeyaz is a big zero. This price policy should not be the equivalent of this service. I'm not recommending it to anyone.
