We just returned from vacation, so I'm leaving a review while the memories are fresh. I really liked the hotel, this is our first 5* hotel, we were not very sophisticated in this regard, perhaps after several similar hotels you will have something to complain about here. I'll start with the bad thing: there was only one disadvantage for us: the three of us, 3 adults, had a rest, it was indicated on the website when booking the room that the room could accommodate 3 people, but in fact only 1 double bed was offered at the reception (by the way, tighten your English, there may not be Russian-speaking staff at the reception), the question of how we would fit was answered in the spirit of "well, you saw what you booked (yes, it indicated a room for 3 people) and in general, we paid money for three))but, fortunately, we figured it out, we just put an extra bed, even though we didn't want it to fit right next to us, but it didn't bother us. Of the cons, everything, in general, the situation was resolved. About the pros: we checked in 2 hours earlier, 10 minutes to the subway at a leisurely pace, transfer to a cool beach club with sun beds, umbrellas, pool, Jacuzzi (unfortunately, they only carry Mon, Tue, Thu), very clean rooms, they clean well, every day, put enough water during cleaning and we had hygiene products, a room on the 16th floor with a magnificent view of 2 Atlantis and Dubai in general, a pool on the 18th floor with the same view, sun beds are always available, breakfast in a beautiful restaurant, quite varied, but without frills, no one was ever hungry. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff! Absolutely all the staff is amazing! The service is excellent! They are ready to help at any second, they always smile and help. It was a pleasure to spend a long-awaited vacation at this hotel. I wholeheartedly advise you!

The hotel is magnificent. It's a very nice restaurant. Everything is delicious for breakfast. Lots of fruits and vegetables. There are yoghurts, sour cream. Honey is awesome. Cold-smoked fish. Scrambled eggs, boiled, fried. Clear. The room is well cleaned. Receptionists are always willing to help. There is a transfer to Zero gravity Beach & Barasti Beach Club at 10.30. We went to the beach from the hotel alone, we were taken by jeep. The beach is cool. There are umbrellas, towels, shower, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, changing rooms, restaurant. You can place an order directly to the sun beds. Dolby music plays all day. It was a negative moment for us. The sand is clean, white, and fine. The water is warm and clean. Back at 3:30 p.m. The norm. While you're swimming, it's already time. I recommend.

The only thing that differs from the hotel is the building, everything that happens inside it does not correspond to a 5-star hotel, the reception staff does not speak Russian, but they will also fool their heads in English so that no one understands anything. They took 100 dirhams as a deposit, but they didn't return it as a result, they said the tax. A pool like a puddle, 3x3, and in the shade of two buildings, a sauna in the SPA, you will be turned on at your strong request and told to wait for it to heat up. Breakfast is the only thing that saves everything, but every day it's the same, so-so. The location is not good, it's a long way to the beach. And the cherry is the transfer to the beach only from Monday to Thursday, but you won't want to go there anymore, since the music is turned on so that all internal organs move) I don't recommend it, and I'll never set foot there again!)

The hotel is very pleasant in almost all respects. The standard rooms are cozy and spacious, and the food is excellent, except for the coffee at breakfast (despite the fact that there are normal coffee machines with grains for events). It should be borne in mind that this is a clean "vertical", without its own courtyard, and the pool on the 18th floor is located in a kind of "well", and sunbathing there seems to be a kind of activity (lack of time does not allow me to try it, plus the surprisingly cold and cloudy weather. The neighborhood, as in many places, is not particularly pedestrian-friendly, with services mostly available within the Barsha Heights neighborhood. The interesting thing is that the cluster is right next to a really old private building, which shows signs of almost abandonment - at least it looks like this from above. There is a metro nearby, so communication with other areas and the benefits of civilization is quite normal. The price against the general background of hotels of this class can be considered not equine, but quite average, even lower (the room in the photo, however, cost about $ 160 as part of a collective corporate booking; as for private individuals, I did not check. For corporate purposes, it's generally excellent.

Excellent location of the hotel. Taxis are nearby, and the metro is about an 8-minute walk away. It takes 15-20 minutes by taxi to get to Kite Beach. There are also free shuttles from the hotel to the beach in the Blue Water area and to various outlets. The breakfasts were excellent, the hot dishes changed every day. The pool is small but warm, located on the roof of the passage between the buildings. Cleaning was done every day, towels were even changed twice a day.

We visited in the first half of November 2025. In general, the hotel is probably not bad, but 5 * does not pull from the word at all. 4* is a stretch. For some reason, the coffee machines were removed from the Deluxe rooms (they were last year). The rooms themselves are very tired. Transfer to the paid beach only. More precisely, it is free, but upon entry you need to make a deposit of 100 AED (approximately 2300 rubles) per person, which you can use to buy food on the beach. I had to get to the city on my own, the metro is close. The food is delicious, even very good. Unfortunately, it's not very diverse. But the most important disadvantage in the restaurant is an hour and a half before the end of dinner, some positions simply stop updating. That is, something ended and did not appear again. And that's about a third of the positions. There are a lot of delicious and varied desserts at dinner, but.... there are no drinks except water. And, accordingly, all these desserts were untouched until the restaurant closed. No one took them because there was nothing to drink. Would you like some coffee? - No problem! For 30 dirhams (about 650 rubles), you will receive a cup of INSTANT coffee (which you can drink for free in the room). The staff is good, they always try to help. Room cleaning is also at a good level. The doors to the rooms open and close very loudly. I could hear very well at night, and sometimes I woke up to someone opening the door in the next room. And one more surprise - we had an interior door between the neighboring rooms....... it is, of course, closed, but.... like..... FIVE STARS?!?!?!?!?!? 130,000 rubles.?!!??!?!?!?!? We could hear our neighbors perfectly through the simple interior door. I think that they also love us, respectively. About the scheme of turning on / off the lights of individual appliances and areas in the room - this is generally a separate quest. Making the light in the toilet turn on separately from the light in the hallway is a certain combination of toggle switches on and off throughout the room. Da Vinci was clearly involved in the development of this quest. In general, you can write a lot and for a long time. We were not satisfied with the price-quality ratio. We do not recommend this hotel.

There is a subway nearby, several grocery stores. Small cafes. Everything else is a bit far away. Dubai Marina is a 20-minute taxi ride away. The Malls are also 20-25 minutes away by taxi. In general, there is nothing special around the super hotel, except grocery stores and hotels.

Great hotel. I will leave the pros and cons below (relative to other hotels in Dubai). We were there on business. Of the advantages: 💫Clean, well-cleaned rooms. But everything you need is there. Spacious and bright. 💫 🏊♀️ a warm pool (I will add a plus, since we were in January-February and for me the water in the sea is cold and I know hotels where the water is also not very warm). The only disadvantage of the pool is that it is so located that there is shade all the time and there is never any sun. Maybe it will be a plus for the hot season 😅 Of the cons: (conditionally) ✨ far from the sea , who cares ✨ there is not much place to walk nearby I saw different rooms in the photo, we had a modern one (I'll add a photo). Very polite staff, many thanks to Marie front office (at the reception). I couldn't find the gym on the first day. And she walked me to the right floor. We had a club room that included a lounge and a transfer to the airport. It was Ramadan, so instead of the lounge, we had dinner in the hotel cafe, and we were offered certain dishes and drinks, which were delicious! There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but she doesn't work every day. The room was cleaned perfectly, all requests were fulfilled instantly! In general, the hotel left a great impression about itself. We stayed for three days from March 28 to March 31, 2025, Room 1011). Thanks again for a hassle-free vacation!

In general, the hotel did not meet expectations, everything is very pompous from the entrance, gold, burgundy colors. The room is normal, everything is fine. We lived on the 15th floor with a view between the buildings. There is no balcony. On the 18th floor there is an open-air swimming pool, not the first freshness, in principle, norms. The breakfast is modest by choice, but you will not stay hungry. The breakfast restaurant itself is very "tired", not fresh walls, sad staff. Opposite the hotel (across the street)some kind of dump / construction site. There is a metro nearby, if you do not plan to take a taxi. So if you can spend the night 1-2 nights, but for a long stop, I would not consider it.

Guys, out of 5 stars, they forgot to remove 4 arrivals here. The experience is so-so. I can just describe the experience of my apartments: they rented two local for 8 days for $ 3,000, on the second day they wanted to move out, to which the booking said: guys, move out, but without a refund. It all started with a leak in the toilet, we called the service, they came and just blocked the toilet for 4 days (high? The solution to the problem is at the level!), the second room stank of sewage on the 5th day of stay, they called (they came, sprayed fresheners and velkom), cleaning for 8 nights was 5 times. On the 10th floor, you can hear a disco on the ground floor.. the rooms are old, and the hotel is old. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that those who read the review, go to the Marina better (pay a little extra, but the view is better, it's better to take a walk, but not here, since you always have to leave for the same, since there is NO word nearby! I did not write a biased review, but just what I experienced from staying at this hotel)
