A great hotel. The price is quite reasonable, the rooms are clean, cleaning is carried out regularly and efficiently. Outside there is an excellent pool with cooled water - ideal for a family holiday. The Dubai Mall is literally a ten-minute walk away.

Not a bad hotel, but a little outdated renovation for 5 stars, as well as pleasant staff, any excursions can be purchased at the reception in the lobby bar. A good buffet with a large selection, and if you want to have fun in the evening, then there is a great pub downstairs. The hotel is located in the center of Dubai Mall and singing fountains within a 10-minute walk. Have a nice stay, everyone.

Great hotel, our room was super with a very nice view. The breakfasts are varied and delicious every day. As in the Turkish five, we visited only the center of Dubai)))) the hotel grounds are beautiful and green. Next to the Dubai Mall across the street. Burj Khalifa is 5 minutes away. The hotel building has cafes, restaurants and a huge supermarket 24/7.

Everything is very cool. The service is excellent. At first we got into the wrong entrance, but we were quickly transported to the right one. The room is huge and clean. Air conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee, TV (very interesting, but nothing is clear). The main thing is to walk to the Tower.

The hotel is located in the center of Dubai, near the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, fountains, Museum of the Future. There is a garden in the hotel, but access is limited, they only allow access to the pool. The pool is warm, there were enough sun beds. There is a pool bar, and payment for the order is debited from the deposit at check-out. The room had no balcony, but it was possible to change, we did not, because we were practically not in the room. We took breakfasts and dinners and paid extra at the hotel according to need. Outside the hotel, dinner turned out to be very expensive. If we come to Dubai again to go sightseeing and visit the city center, we will come again.

Great place, liked the pool, clean. The rooms are quiet, or the neighbors and I were lucky. They cleaned up well. However, they threw out the cap from the lens container, because it was blue, like a bottle cap. I had to urgently buy a new container…

We are talking about b apartments, this is a separate building under the same address, but with the correction of Residence block A:
I was very surprised that this inn has a sign “Swissôtel”
It must be said that the option of a residence from a Swiss hotel was chosen for accommodation. Several buildings along the perimeter, along with the main building of the hotel, pools in the center, form a residential complex.
Upon arrival, I was shocked: my 3-bedroom apartment, all 200m were tiled, renovated from the squalid 90s, there is a construction site under the window. The worst overhang hotel I've visited. I haven't been on this kind of stuff for a long time. I was tempted by the Swissotel sign. I immediately got on the phone.
After talking to the manager, the number was changed. It is more decent, with carpet, but far from the level of a swissotel.
The rooms are dead: worn carpet with a corresponding stagnant smell of humidity, the same sofas and armchairs.Fan coils don't work well. The room is very humid. They literally have condensation running down the wall. When working, it is constantly cold, and regardless of what temperature you set, whether you choose cold or heat, it works for cold and the temperature is around +/- 20 degrees. I took a mini weather station with me. Humidity has never dropped below 75% in a week.
There are two control panels for all rooms: in the living room and the master bedroom. From the latter, all three bedrooms are ventilated. The coldest place is in the master. When turned off, the guests suffocate in the bedroom closest to the kitchen. The doors are crumbling from the wild humidity.
All three bedrooms include bathrooms with bathtubs. Bathrobes and slippers are not offered in the bedrooms. Is this a swissotel for sure?
The fittings are broken. The shells are flowing. In some bedrooms, the glass curtains of the baths are not airtight. After a shower, you don't have to go to the pool - it's in your bedroom.
The kitchen is poorly equipped. No towels, no dishwashing detergent - you have to save up the dishes before the next cleaning. They are cleaned, it must be said- well.
The refrigerator is in the mode of a take-off shuttle - the bedroom next to the kitchen is a little noisy. Overall, the sound insulation is poor. The master bedroom is bordered by a wall with neighbors - perhaps not all rooms have carpet on the floor, the constant rumble from moving furniture in the mornings and evenings is very annoying.
During the week of my stay, it was on a day off- Saturday, the hotel decided that it was necessary to start repairing the paving stones in the building next to me (BLOCKB). It was at 8:00, no later. Banging on iron and sawing blocks, it's time.
By calling the reception, I was able to slow down the process for no more than an hour, but then the hardworking workers did not fall silent until the evening.
I've already begun to doubt myself - maybe they have a working Saturday?- but no, it's a day off.
Pool:
There are two of them. It's small, but with a bar attached to it- it's more or less free on working days. There is no place to stay on weekends.
The second one is the largest and most decent, it has a multi-level depth. Getting into it is quite a quest. In fact, it is for residents of the residential complex. But in theory it is available to all family guests. They won't let one in. To do this (as explained to me at the reception), you need to take towels at the small pool, then go to the big one. You can get into it through the Club House building. There is a spa reception in its basement, which includes saunas, a hammam and a gym. There are separate changing rooms. At the entrance, write the number of towels and your number again. Voila- you're in the pool.
I must say right away - there are very few sunbeds there.
The pool water has an unpleasant musty smell. We are located on the opposite side of the entrance. The lawn there is periodically watered with water with a persistent smell of sewage. The Arabs in the neighborhood walked away from the deck chairs for these 5’ inclusions. At first I understood her and got out of the pool to rescue the bag left by the chaise longue, but immediately returned to the water).
The breakfast is very mediocre, and the more guests there are in the hotel, the worse the breakfast. So don't get your hopes up on the weekend.
There is a good choice of options for cooking eggs, but they are chronically not fried. Porridge is solid water on weekends, unlike very decent options on a working day.
Dinners are worth paying in advance if you do not want to pay the price of a kidney in a restaurant in the center.
The food is varied, there is always a main course from the chef - in my case, for a week, day after day, baked beef fillet alternated with grilled chickens.
There were sushi and sashimi, a good salad bar, always about 4-5 meat/fish dishes. Pasta is usually not possible for the local chef.
In general, I did not regret that I provided this option. The only thing is their "special" evenings from Thursday to Saturday. Looking ahead, you should only take the Saturday “Seafood evening".
Thursday: Italian dinner. The local cook read more about Italy and watched it on TV through the eyes of Senkevich. The chef's specialty was pizza and a bunch of pastas, which he absolutely does not succeed. The pizza was the worst version a la Papa Johns, a thick dough with something sprinkled as a filling. Pasta- poor pasta just drowns in the sauce. It's more soup, not pasta. The cook at the distribution is unable to remember the difference and confuses their names. I asked for farfale and got fusili. It is better to point a finger at the exhibition copy.
Shapeless dough mixed with minced meat is called lasagna here. In ordinary steamed rice, champignons were added to give it an Italian flair ... I confess I did not remember - it is quite possible that it was called risotto ... without comment. But there were red Italian checkered tablecloths on the tables. Despite the fact that this horror cost more than an ordinary dinner and was just as much worse than it, no one thought to include at least a glass of Italian wine or limoncello to give a little bit of flair to this dreary event.
The Arabic evening was worse than the Italian one. Apparently, the guests simply ignored him. Indeed, dinners on weekdays were better than these specially organized evenings. Moreover, the Friday Arab evening was organized in the main building of the hotel. But of course, the hotel forgot to put up information stands warning about this. Arriving at an empty restaurant, Pregola at 22 was very surprised by the lack of a resource.
Returning to the reception with questions, he was escorted to the "ballroom" of the hotel, where he dined alone among the half-cleaned tables.
The situation was saved by a Saturday seafood dinner. The food is excellent: shrimps in all their diversity- grilled, tempura, boiled, river in a shell, vongole, crabs (although thin, but still), grilled lobsters, a variety of fish. For those who came to dinner with an allergy to seafood, several chicken dishes were provided. There were many guests, including residents of the residence, which confirms the idea that this particular dinner option is the only successful solution for "specially organized" evenings.
The impression of the hotel is greatly saved by its staff - Adam and Suprima at the reception, Elsie and the gentleman receptionist at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't remember his name.
Maybe it won't be bad in the hotel itself, but God forbid you from the apparatuses. It's just terrible.

For a long time I could not understand why various reviews, some write great, others are terrible. It's just that there are apartments in the system of this hotel, they are just, as I understand it, old and not very old. We stayed at the hotel. Everything is clean, neat, everything is there, the linen is snow-white, the furniture is excellent, beautiful, cleaning every day. Hair dryer, ironing board, iron, tea and coffee standard sets were all present. The location is excellent, transfer to Kite Beach, although it is not very convenient in the heat (it takes you away at 10-30 and is picked up at 15-00. We didn't wait to get back, we took a taxi for 45 dirhams. The breakfasts are excellent.

I often stay at this hotel, the last time I was given room 608 in the building where the main reception is located. Terrible old room, there was no hot water in one of the rooms, there was no light in one of the rooms! There was no slipper when they asked to bring it, they brought only 2 pairs instead of 4 pairs! The air conditioner was not regulated either. In general, it was terrible!!!!

I agree with all the negative reviews. We lived with a large delegation both in the hotel and in the offices. It's very bad everywhere.
One of the advantages is dinner on Saturday and the Dubai Mall is nearby if you are shoppers.
There is no Swiss here and you should not count on loyalty programs with any statuses.
Don't come here.

I would have put less if I could. It's just a complete horror. We took a 2-bedroom apartment. The smell of mold, dirt, stains, cigarette butts on the balcony, everything is rusty, everything is falling apart. They made a scandal. We fought for 3 hours, then we were moved to the main building in a premium room. It's old too, but at least it doesn't stink. The rooms are not cleaned. Do not vacuum, do not wash. Everything is dirty and shabby. The hotel is falling apart. I remember it as a terrible dream. The level of roadside hotels on the highway.

You can arrange payment on the spot with the hotel staff, which is very pleasant due to the reluctance of booking to take our cards. Breakfast is uniform, but if you don't take it every day, then everything is very good. The rooms are large, the cleaning is daily, no one begs for tips. It's a great place, if you forget that it's by the road.
