I rate the hotel at 4. Location - walking distance to the Dubai Mall, about 15 minutes, taking into account the very long pedestrian traffic lights, if not for them, really 5 minutes. There's a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafes around the corner. Good breakfasts. The hotel is very beautiful externally, there is an internal territory with swimming pools. The apartments are large. The 3-bedroom apartments had 5 (!) bathrooms, two balconies, a huge living room, a square of more than 200 m. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and clothes dryer. There aren't enough dishes, but you can always ask for what's missing. The bathrobes were brought on request. The furniture and surroundings in the units are modest, but everything is clean and works well. The room is quite cold, with the air conditioners turned off, the temperature does not rise above 19 degrees, but this is not uncommon in Dubai. I slept well, though. On the downside, it's not always easy to get a taxi to the hotel, since the very center is always in traffic jams. Especially in the evening, it is difficult to call and return for a long time, but this is the price for walking distance to the Burj Khalifa. Summary - I recommend it for a large family, but for a couple I would choose another hotel.

A good accommodation option for 2-3 days. We booked a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The room was on the 2nd floor. The high-rise was visible, of course, but keep in mind that this is not the best view, as it is very noisy, as if on the third ring of Moscow. They knew that the hotel didn't have a fresh smell, it was damp and musty, and the clothes didn't dry. I repeat, it's an acceptable option for a couple of days, tolerable, since the transport accessibility is really good. The room was three-room, with good sound insulation inside, lots of doors to isolate. But this, of course, does not save you from noise if you have a view of the highway. The hotel's infrastructure, except for parking, was not used. The pools did not inspire confidence. The breakfasts turned out to be good, although we are very picky.

I am staying at this hotel for the second time. Very convenient location, within walking distance of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. There is a nice swimming pool on site, you can relax. There are themed dinners, such as Italian, European, etc. This time we got into the room after major repairs, very beautiful and simple. The only drawback was that you couldn't open the windows to ventilate the room, because the smell of repairs and plastic was very strong, sometimes even unbearable, and you even had to open the door to the common hallway and sleep with the door open. There is only one unpleasant aftertaste, the staff at the restaurant can be so unfriendly, especially women, that it seems that you personally came to their house to eat, it is very uncomfortable to be there. There were many situations, so I won't describe them. As it is, everything is fine!

The location is excellent 5 minutes to Dubai Mall. The room and apartment service was also excellent. We left a tip, but they didn't even take it. The food is quite delicious. The staff is helpful. We rented an apartment and it was a gorgeous 145m2, it's just huge for its price. Our kitchen was turned on, everything was clean and beautiful.I didn't really like the breakfasts and the fact that you have to pay for alcohol and so the bomb attached a photo of our view from below

The hotel is old and dirty. The room cleaning is disgusting. We rented an apartment of 130 sq. m. There is an aging kitchen, oven, washing machine, refrigerator. The windows are locked. Maybe because the floor is low. The room is very humid. The breakfasts are monotonous and not tasty. There is no water for breakfast. We were on New Year's Eve. We thought the proximity to Burda Khalifa would be useful to watch the New Year's fireworks. But no. Access to the fountain paid 990 lenses (about 20,000 rubles) and tickets had to be purchased in advance. There are a million Hindus and other Pakistanis in the district. There is pandemonium in the Dubai Mall every evening, the exit to the fountains is closed, so traffic jams form at the exit of the store. There are huge queues on all tours.

It seems to be 5 stars, but I do not recommend it! First of all, we called the master every day to fix the water. And this is not a fad, it was impossible to wash, there is no pressure. Breakfast is meager and monotonous. What a cherry on the cake of poor service: we couldn't arrange an extra chair in the room, although we work together and it's inconvenient to take turns sitting on an armchair. They asked for it three times (!) and eventually refused. Also, during the week of our stay, the refrigerator broke down, we had it repaired first, and then completely replaced when he died (along with our food). It is difficult to put more than 3 stars here, so they are given only for a good location.

Overall, the hotel made a good impression. The room was clean, comfortable with a full list of everything you need. However, it is not very convenient that it was probably a family suite, separated by a door, through which of course our neighbors who were with two children could be heard. After a rather active and eventful day, in the evening I wanted to relax in silence and go to bed quietly ... but this family made adjustments to our plans. I'll give you a minus for that. Next, about cleanliness: daily cleaning. And although the furniture, wallpaper and curtains are a bit old, everything is clean. The latter was more important to me than the novelty and the setting. The staff is very polite, unobtrusive, friendly, all our questions and requests were resolved very quickly. The location of the hotel itself is very convenient. The very center. All the necessary attractions are nearby, within walking distance. The food is very varied and delicious. Pasta or an omelet will be prepared in front of you. A good selection of cheeses , sushi, sashimi, seafood and of course desserts and fragrant pastries 😋 That seems to be it. Have a good rest, everyone 👋🏻

The hotel is very clean, it smells expensive everywhere. the food is varied and delicious.the only negative for us was the lack of a stroller rental service. Although we wrote at the time of booking that we needed a stroller, the hotel did not respond on the spot, it turned out that they did not have such a service, and the standard is 20 dirhams daily and 300 dirhams deposit, which is refunded upon check-out

We stayed at the hotel with the children for 7 days. The hotel is tired. Purity is 3+. We lived in an apartment on the 6th floor. View of the Burj Khalifa. It's a little noisy from the road. They cleaned every day and left tips. Towels were changed daily. The pool is cold, I didn't like it at all. There was no food at the hotel. The location is excellent. There is a 24/7 convenience store nearby with great prices. The room has a kitchen, dishes are used. The balcony is dusty. We met 2 cockroach guests. In general, the hotel is on a solid 3.

The only thing that pleased me was the location of the hotel. On-site swimming pools

For a long time I could not understand why various reviews, some write great, others are terrible. It's just that there are apartments in the system of this hotel, they are just, as I understand it, old and not very old. We stayed at the hotel. Everything is clean, neat, everything is there, the linen is snow-white, the furniture is excellent, beautiful, cleaning every day. Hair dryer, ironing board, iron, tea and coffee standard sets were all present. The location is excellent, transfer to Kite Beach, although it is not very convenient in the heat (it takes you away at 10-30 and is picked up at 15-00. We didn't wait to get back, we took a taxi for 45 dirhams. The breakfasts are excellent.

The very center of Downtown. Across the street is DubayMall. The hotel is old, but we liked almost everything. We rented a family apartment, a huge room, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, three bathrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony with a view of the skyscrapers. I didn't like that the whole floor was covered with carpet, most likely sometime in 2010. We went to the main building for breakfast, the breakfasts were royal, the buffet was very pleasant. 3 swimming pools inside the complex. The most popular one is near a Chinese restaurant. There is a huge supermarket on one side of the complex, we bought shrimps and fish there, cooked ourselves a couple of times, delight!

In the centre. The apartment is a little tired. In March, only one pool was open. The big one was closed. One of the fruits in March was pineapple once a week. Papaya and watermelon all the time. Talabat delivery helps out with lunch and dinner, if necessary. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Kitebeach once a day at 10:15. A bus with 25 seats. There are more applicants. Back at 3:30 p.m. It was noisy from the highway at night (the windows are right on the highway).

We didn't live in the hotel itself, but in an apartment. Overall, I liked it. Good breakfasts. Two pools. We had two bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room-kitchen.The air conditioning system in the apartment is a bit strange. We lived in Lavender apartments. There was a concionnaire in both bedrooms, but the control was in one bedroom and extended to both at the same time, while the bathroom air conditioning was also turned on, it was very inconvenient. There are three restaurants on the territory of the complex. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day, and the bed linen was changed 3 times during the 10 days of rest.

It's not a bad hotel. Clean rooms, snow-white bed and bathrobes, cleaning every day. One of the disadvantages is completely tasteless food. There seems to be a choice, but everything is tasteless, even regular bread and croissants. The waiters are very slow to serve - if you need appliances, it's better to go get them yourself, otherwise wait 20 minutes or more. At the same time, the hall may be almost empty and the waiters are not loaded, they just don't care. And everyone's faces are so unhappy, as if you've ruined their whole life and they just hate you, but they can't say it. If you want to walk to the Dubai Mall every day and admire the fountains, then the hotel is just perfect, but it's still better not to eat there.

We booked a room in advance with a request for windows to open onto the courtyard. We moved into a room with windows facing the road, plus a storm drain was laid nearby and because of this, every car left a terrible knock..... The windows didn't keep out the noise, and even the earplugs didn't help. I saw a cockroach one night. Otherwise, it's fine.

Not a bad hotel, but a little outdated renovation for 5 stars, as well as pleasant staff, any excursions can be purchased at the reception in the lobby bar. A good buffet with a large selection, and if you want to have fun in the evening, then there is a great pub downstairs. The hotel is located in the center of Dubai Mall and singing fountains within a 10-minute walk. Have a nice stay, everyone.

We are talking about b apartments, this is a separate building under the same address, but with the correction of Residence block A: I was very surprised that this inn has a sign “Swissôtel” It must be said that the option of a residence from a Swiss hotel was chosen for accommodation. Several buildings along the perimeter, along with the main building of the hotel, pools in the center, form a residential complex. Upon arrival, I was shocked: my 3-bedroom apartment, all 200m were tiled, renovated from the squalid 90s, there is a construction site under the window. The worst overhang hotel I've visited. I haven't been on this kind of stuff for a long time. I was tempted by the Swissotel sign. I immediately got on the phone. After talking to the manager, the number was changed. It is more decent, with carpet, but far from the level of a swissotel. The rooms are dead: worn carpet with a corresponding stagnant smell of humidity, the same sofas and armchairs.Fan coils don't work well. The room is very humid. They literally have condensation running down the wall. When working, it is constantly cold, and regardless of what temperature you set, whether you choose cold or heat, it works for cold and the temperature is around +/- 20 degrees. I took a mini weather station with me. Humidity has never dropped below 75% in a week. There are two control panels for all rooms: in the living room and the master bedroom. From the latter, all three bedrooms are ventilated. The coldest place is in the master. When turned off, the guests suffocate in the bedroom closest to the kitchen. The doors are crumbling from the wild humidity. All three bedrooms include bathrooms with bathtubs. Bathrobes and slippers are not offered in the bedrooms. Is this a swissotel for sure? The fittings are broken. The shells are flowing. In some bedrooms, the glass curtains of the baths are not airtight. After a shower, you don't have to go to the pool - it's in your bedroom. The kitchen is poorly equipped. No towels, no dishwashing detergent - you have to save up the dishes before the next cleaning. They are cleaned, it must be said- well. The refrigerator is in the mode of a take-off shuttle - the bedroom next to the kitchen is a little noisy. Overall, the sound insulation is poor. The master bedroom is bordered by a wall with neighbors - perhaps not all rooms have carpet on the floor, the constant rumble from moving furniture in the mornings and evenings is very annoying. During the week of my stay, it was on a day off- Saturday, the hotel decided that it was necessary to start repairing the paving stones in the building next to me (BLOCKB). It was at 8:00, no later. Banging on iron and sawing blocks, it's time. By calling the reception, I was able to slow down the process for no more than an hour, but then the hardworking workers did not fall silent until the evening. I've already begun to doubt myself - maybe they have a working Saturday?- but no, it's a day off. Pool: There are two of them. It's small, but with a bar attached to it- it's more or less free on working days. There is no place to stay on weekends. The second one is the largest and most decent, it has a multi-level depth. Getting into it is quite a quest. In fact, it is for residents of the residential complex. But in theory it is available to all family guests. They won't let one in. To do this (as explained to me at the reception), you need to take towels at the small pool, then go to the big one. You can get into it through the Club House building. There is a spa reception in its basement, which includes saunas, a hammam and a gym. There are separate changing rooms. At the entrance, write the number of towels and your number again. Voila- you're in the pool. I must say right away - there are very few sunbeds there. The pool water has an unpleasant musty smell. We are located on the opposite side of the entrance. The lawn there is periodically watered with water with a persistent smell of sewage. The Arabs in the neighborhood walked away from the deck chairs for these 5’ inclusions. At first I understood her and got out of the pool to rescue the bag left by the chaise longue, but immediately returned to the water). The breakfast is very mediocre, and the more guests there are in the hotel, the worse the breakfast. So don't get your hopes up on the weekend. There is a good choice of options for cooking eggs, but they are chronically not fried. Porridge is solid water on weekends, unlike very decent options on a working day. Dinners are worth paying in advance if you do not want to pay the price of a kidney in a restaurant in the center. The food is varied, there is always a main course from the chef - in my case, for a week, day after day, baked beef fillet alternated with grilled chickens. There were sushi and sashimi, a good salad bar, always about 4-5 meat/fish dishes. Pasta is usually not possible for the local chef. In general, I did not regret that I provided this option. The only thing is their "special" evenings from Thursday to Saturday. Looking ahead, you should only take the Saturday “Seafood evening". Thursday: Italian dinner. The local cook read more about Italy and watched it on TV through the eyes of Senkevich. The chef's specialty was pizza and a bunch of pastas, which he absolutely does not succeed. The pizza was the worst version a la Papa Johns, a thick dough with something sprinkled as a filling. Pasta- poor pasta just drowns in the sauce. It's more soup, not pasta. The cook at the distribution is unable to remember the difference and confuses their names. I asked for farfale and got fusili. It is better to point a finger at the exhibition copy. Shapeless dough mixed with minced meat is called lasagna here. In ordinary steamed rice, champignons were added to give it an Italian flair ... I confess I did not remember - it is quite possible that it was called risotto ... without comment. But there were red Italian checkered tablecloths on the tables. Despite the fact that this horror cost more than an ordinary dinner and was just as much worse than it, no one thought to include at least a glass of Italian wine or limoncello to give a little bit of flair to this dreary event. The Arabic evening was worse than the Italian one. Apparently, the guests simply ignored him. Indeed, dinners on weekdays were better than these specially organized evenings. Moreover, the Friday Arab evening was organized in the main building of the hotel. But of course, the hotel forgot to put up information stands warning about this. Arriving at an empty restaurant, Pregola at 22 was very surprised by the lack of a resource. Returning to the reception with questions, he was escorted to the "ballroom" of the hotel, where he dined alone among the half-cleaned tables. The situation was saved by a Saturday seafood dinner. The food is excellent: shrimps in all their diversity- grilled, tempura, boiled, river in a shell, vongole, crabs (although thin, but still), grilled lobsters, a variety of fish. For those who came to dinner with an allergy to seafood, several chicken dishes were provided. There were many guests, including residents of the residence, which confirms the idea that this particular dinner option is the only successful solution for "specially organized" evenings. The impression of the hotel is greatly saved by its staff - Adam and Suprima at the reception, Elsie and the gentleman receptionist at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't remember his name. Maybe it won't be bad in the hotel itself, but God forbid you from the apparatuses. It's just terrible.

The hotel is located in the center of Dubai, near the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, fountains, Museum of the Future. There is a garden in the hotel, but access is limited, they only allow access to the pool. The pool is warm, there were enough sun beds. There is a pool bar, and payment for the order is debited from the deposit at check-out. The room had no balcony, but it was possible to change, we did not, because we were practically not in the room. We took breakfasts and dinners and paid extra at the hotel according to need. Outside the hotel, dinner turned out to be very expensive. If we come to Dubai again to go sightseeing and visit the city center, we will come again.
