There is a ticket office (and a huge parking lot) where you can purchase a ticket for cash and non-cash payment. The entrance to the residence also starts from here...screening, boarding comfortable buses. An audio guide is available immediately if you need it. I went through everything quickly enough. There were no questions about my 2 water bottles during the inspection. The ticket price for cash is 65 aed. The evening show starts at 19.00. Therefore, I recommend coming an hour and a half before the show starts. It's enough to explore the Palace and take a walk around the territory, and then enjoy the evening show. It lasts less than 15 minutes.

The visitor center is the "entrance gate" to the territory of the palace complex. There are ticket offices, a security checkpoint and a boarding area for buses that will take you directly to the palace. We got here on foot, but there are no problems either by public transport, taxi or our own car (huge almost empty parking lot). There are two entrances to the building, in our case there was an entrance on the right with a large queue (organized excursions) and an absolutely empty entrance on the left for those who purchase tickets on their own. According to the tickets, the purchase through the website is 65 dirhams, the purchase at the box office is 75 dirhams, it is possible to take a two-hour audio guide in Russian for 20 dirhams. After buying tickets, go through the security check (the full analogue is like in airports, only you can't take food with you at all!!!). After the inspection, you will get to the waiting room, 5-10 minutes and you will board a comfortable bus (there are several of them and they supervise in a circle) and go to the palace. And all this is under the control of a fairly large number of guards, but they are all positive, very polite. I recommend everyone to visit!

Only the front part of the presidential palace is available for inspection. Monumental. It's beautiful in an oriental way. It's worth a look. Please observe the dress code. If there is a discrepancy, they are given the necessary wardrobe items (trousers for men in shorts, capes and floor-length skirts for women) secured by a passport. There are several interesting expositions, and the collection of gifts to the president from the rulers of other countries deserves special attention.
