A good hotel, the room was clean, only slippers, toothpaste, a shoe spoon were missing. Coffee, tea, sugar in the room for free. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is not great, but sufficient. The staff is customer-oriented, problems were solved in a timely manner and were always ready to help. There is a swimming pool on the roof, admission is free. There is a Wafi mall nearby, a fairly large center. Overall, we had a pleasant impression of visiting the hotel, we even extended the room for another day

A disgusting hotel.
1. At first, they tried to move into a room with a category below the ordered and paid one. Then they apologized and gave me the key, assuring me that they had found the room. When I got up, I found that they were trying to put me in a lower-class room.
When I came back to the reception, I immediately found the room of the ordered category.
2. And in this room there was water on the floor. The reception bell rang again - it was removed.
3. The room itself is terribly dirty, the carpet is worn and stained with hell.
4. The bed linen is normal. But the towels are unpleasantly washed.
5. There is nothing in the room. If necessary, call us and we will bring it. But there are not even slippers!!!
6. The cafe downstairs is a decent canteen. It's fine for a food court, but not a hotel restaurant.
7. Breakfast is not rich, but normal. Coffee is impossible to drink. But you can pay extra and you will get coffee with coffee flavor.
8. The location is convenient only for visitors to the med.the town. There is a landfill and wasteland around.

A comfortable and comfortable hotel with decent rooms and good breakfasts. There is a small outdoor pool on the roof and a relaxation area + SPA on the 12th floor.
It is conveniently located, 3 minutes to the metro, near a mall and a large park. The main attractions are 20-30 minutes away by metro.
If you are going to the sea, then this location is not very convenient. But for a business trip or exploring the city, shopping is just fine.
The price - quality ratio. The room can also be extended until 15.00 at no extra charge.

A big plus of the hotel is its location, otherwise there is very little positive. Breakfasts are not aimed at Europeans, a minimum of the usual food. But you won't stay hungry. Room cleaning is daily and not very high-quality, although a large number of staff work. The check-in was great. Downstairs in the cafe there is not a bad coffee (comparison with nearby cafes). The room has a shower (bathtub, depending on the category), no slippers, bathrobes. The most painful problem is the room itself!! In the most terrible condition, the smell of stench, mold, humidity, there is no chance to open the window or ventilate. A child got sick and not a breath of air, they lived with the door open, but even this did not save, because there is not a single window with an opening structure in the building. Although the hotel positions itself in the ESG system, giving many one-time bottles for shampoo, gel and cream is a good option, but leaving a carpet on the floor, which I think lay with the time of construction of the building, because it causes negative emotions everywhere. If you are making a sustainability concept, make an agenda for all parameters - minimalism, indoor air and clean furniture materials. 4 put only for the location. Guys, you're just killing the respiratory system of your guests and creating skin problems.

Pros: very quiet area, in a room with a balcony you could sleep with the door open without air conditioning. The balcony is huge with a table and four chairs. The metro is nearby - 5 minutes. A shopping mall with interesting cafes across the street.
Cons: we saved on everything, justifying it by protecting the environment. A face towel is given one for two :). They suggest contacting the reception if you need something. Terry bathrobe for size 44. So take yours.
The air conditioner blows on the bed, it couldn't be adjusted.
It's cramped at breakfast, it's uncomfortable to squeeze between chairs with a plate. It's stuffy at the end of the hall. The tables are being cleaned slowly, and you may not find a place. We often have to ask the waiters for spoons and forks. Coffee is brewed in the kitchen and poured into a thermos, sometimes there is not enough. There was no coffee in the room, not even instant coffee.

The hotel is very cool, we liked everything! Very conveniently located, right by the metro, the place is quiet, peaceful. A delicious breakfast with natural juices, red fish, delicious fruits and a sufficient variety of dishes. Our rating is 5 out of 5😍 The room is huge, comfortable, cozy, everything is there, the water was constantly replenished and everything for tea/coffee. There are no complaints about cleaning - it is always clean. A lot of cabinets, drawers, even an ironing board + iron, a large comfortable bed. Blackout curtains are ideal for sleeping. On the roof there is a swimming pool with comfortable, not hot water, there are awnings, towels are provided. There is also a mini fitness center. The only problem is with the transfer to the sea, if it is full from other hotels, it does not reach here. Back calmly. The hotel is ideal for anyone who has come to explore the city. Lunch and dinner - the menu is about the same, the portions are huge, everything is delicious. The waiter Karolina has always been very caring and friendly to us, and in general the staff is mega responsive, help, solve problems if necessary. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again, we definitely recommend it!!!

The hotel is good , but I don 't have a lot of rooms . There are no slippers , there are no toothbrushes , the food is the same , although edible, there is no transfer to the beach , taxi from 30 to 50 derham , to the beach . In general , the norms .the staff are respectful , a small restaurant, on the fly street .

The hotel is good, on a 4-star solid. The breakfasts are super, the salted salmon struck us down, and the rest of the dishes are pleasing. The proximity of the metro is always a plus. The beach is very far away, for this minus, and even promised a transfer to the beach three times, but in the end only once carries a bus, and even collects at other hotels, we go shorter than an hour. The staff is very friendly, the room cleaner Binod Kumar (I can get the name wrong), very friendly and does his job responsibly. In general, the staff does not extort money for a good cleaning, it pleases.
