Perfect location, easy access to metro; direct access to mall (Ibn Battuta usually not crowded and has lots of shops incl international brands of clothes, shoes, accessories, homewear, watches and lots of coffee shops and restaurants). Room was clean and spacious with corner big windows.

Guys, the location of the hotel is the best thing in Dubai. Especially the price-quality. It is located literally by the subway. From there, you can get to any point of the city. And if you, like me, arrive at Abu Dhabi airport (AUH), then there is a direct shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and there it ends. You buy a ticket at the exit from the airport. There's a counter and a bus drawn. I'll attach a photo now. (I went last year, in April). The hotel is good, the rooms are good too. It's clean and cozy. Currency exchange in the shopping center on the second floor. By the way, there is a direct exit to the shopping center from the hotel :) in the shopping center there is a McDonald's and a food court. You can eat there.

A good option in terms of price-quality ratio. We had a family room with 4 beds, but it wasn't crowded. We stayed for one night after the cruise, we were as satisfied as possible. The only thing, as it seemed to me, there are not enough deck chairs, not enough for everyone. The Jacuzzi is comfortable in temperature. A lifeguard is on duty. Towels are provided. There is a shopping center nearby. I think that for 12 thousand rubles for four people with breakfast for the January holidays, it's just a gift. We'll calmly stop there again, if necessary.

We had a rest in late May and early June 2025. We didn't regret choosing this hotel one bit. It is located 5 km from the beach, which can be reached by metro, it is across the street. The hotel is connected by a bridge to a shopping and entertainment center. Meal: a buffet with simply delicious food. Friendly staff, swimming pool, and very, very clean! There is also convenient parking. We cleaned the room every day, changed the bed linen, left some water, lots of tea and coffee. There is everything to live and get high. When I asked for an extra chaise longue, I refused. I walked through, saw that there was no one on a couple of deck chairs, he gave me only the last chaise longue and no umbrella. It's unpleasant. The reception is also ambiguous. The first employee was friendly, they arrived 2 hours earlier. She said she could leave her luggage and come back in an hour. The next day, I was faced with the lack of an adapter and water, although it was 16.00. I was asked to call for every question. The girl replied about the adapter, which you can buy in the store is not very kind. In Sharjah, they gave me an adapter without any questions. The breakfasts are good, but there is not a single leaf of lettuce, nothing from the greens. It's amazing. There's a mirror in the dark corner of the room, and there's also a hair dryer. It's inconvenient. There are no napkins in the room. This is strange. Otherwise, everything is fine. Really quiet, there is a shuttle bus to the beach. There is no hot water regularly, I was just lucky a couple of times. The service is average. It was the most expensive hotel, I was hoping for more. The location is good.

We paid 26 thousand for 5 nights without food. It's a fairy tale for Dubai. A very nice, relatively inexpensive hotel. It's a long way from the center, but there is a subway right next to the hotel, you can easily get there. A free shuttle takes you to Dubai Marina Beach (JBR) once a day, there at 10 o'clock, back at 15. The breakfasts are good. Prices everywhere are not very small, so a variety of warm meals is very welcome, for 45 dirhams. It's free for children, so for 90 dirhams we had breakfast for 4 people. There is a mall of the same name next to the hotel, which has everything. There are a lot of food courts, and Auchan-type shopping center called Carefour. It's a short walk away, located on the 1st floor. There are food courts next to it. There is also a small food court (including McDonald's) just a few steps away from the hotel. You don't have to go outside to do this. Directly from the 2nd floor, from the elevator of the hotel, go to the mall, immediately through the store to the right, and you are on the food court. On the 3rd floor, where the reception is, there is a small heated swimming pool. It works from 8 to 20. And there's a gym next to it. It is included in the room rate. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed. They bring water every day. There is tea, coffee, sugar, kettle in the room. There is also a small refrigerator. But, it doesn't get very cold. In order not to heat up at all, they left one card in the door so that the light would not turn off. The disadvantage for me is that there is nowhere to dry the laundry. And so I liked everything, I recommend it.

There are no slippers, no bathrobe, only liquid soap and shampoo from the means (press on the case itself to use it), the hair dryer works very poorly. We did not take breakfast, because we ate in the shopping center, there is also a supermarket of the Spanish Carrefoul chain. By the way, you can change money there at a good exchange rate (located to the left of the entrance to Carrefoul), you need a passport. Who needs it - there is an alcohol market at good prices in the parking lot of this supermarket)). There is a shuttle service to the beach (there at 10:00, back at 15:00, but come back in at least 5 minutes, arrives, loads up and does not wait a second). Who needs to go to the Ferris wheel: 1 metro stop in the direction of Burj Khalifa, get off and immediately take the F57 bus on the right (10 minutes without stops); if you manage to board within 30 minutes after the metro, it will be free, and 3 dirhams will be charged (we scan the Nol card at the entrance and exit). The description of the hotel stated that breakfast was 45 dirhams for an adult, children ate for free, but they took 35 dirhams from a 12-year-old daughter. When asked where it was indicated that they had to pay for a child, the reception staff shrugged, well, OK.. we check in, the room is paid for, family, quiet with 3 beds, we go up and there is only one bed, I go down on nerves and ask why? To which she replies to me: the sofa will be shot at you!!! And he continues to talk to the man, they didn't have the strength to swear, they accepted the situation, they decided to be patient for 2 nights! The breakfasts are regular. I repeat, the restaurant staff is wonderful! The plumbing seems to be fresh, but it's not fixed, I turn on the water and the whole structure falls on me! A room on the 5th floor with a view of the bar, where the matches are broadcast very loudly until nightfall (remember the quiet room)! The transfer to the beach did not arrive, to which the employee on the ground floor said: he could have arrived from the side and you did not see him, then you figured it out and after 25 minutes a sleepy driver arrived ... he was not going anywhere, they were taking him to JBR beach, the pool is not large, it looks clean, there is a transition from hotels to shopping malls, which is very convenient, we took a ride on the subway, 50 meters from the entrance of the shopping center. I believed the reviews, I think they were bought, I was in Dubai in different hotels, including 3 in the city, but this one is not worth visiting for sure, the night cost 5000, it's July, there are 5k for this money.

Ibn Batutta Mall is right next to each other, there is even a passage through the air corridor. The children got used to the hotel very quickly and ran to the pool and Jacuzzi themselves. We could safely leave the children in the room in the evening and go with my wife to the Mall or Carrefour. Very cool location in terms of transport accessibility. Bus stop, metro station. You can easily get anywhere in Dubai or Abu Dhabi from the hotel. The friendly staff of the restaurant organized a greeting for our son, it was so touching and simply unforgettable!!! From the second floor there is a passage to the shopping center, a metro station across the street, a lot of taxi drivers around! The dining room is great, the buffet! I did not regret it, I will go there again!
