Perfect location, easy access to metro; direct access to mall (Ibn Battuta usually not crowded and has lots of shops incl international brands of clothes, shoes, accessories, homewear, watches and lots of coffee shops and restaurants).
Room was clean and spacious with corner big windows.

A very nice, relatively inexpensive hotel. It's a long way from the center, but there is a subway right next to the hotel, you can easily get there. A free shuttle takes you to Dubai Marina Beach (JBR) once a day, there at 10 o'clock, back at 15. The breakfasts are good. Prices everywhere are not very small, so a variety of warm meals is very welcome, for 45 dirhams. It's free for children, so for 90 dirhams we had breakfast for 4 people. There is a mall of the same name next to the hotel, which has everything. There are a lot of food courts, and Auchan-type shopping center called Carefour. It's a short walk away, located on the 1st floor. There are food courts next to it. There is also a small food court (including McDonald's) just a few steps away from the hotel. You don't have to go outside to do this. Directly from the 2nd floor, from the elevator of the hotel, go to the mall, immediately through the store to the right, and you are on the food court. On the 3rd floor, where the reception is, there is a small heated swimming pool. It works from 8 to 20. And there's a gym next to it. It is included in the room rate. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed. They bring water every day. There is tea, coffee, sugar, kettle in the room. There is also a small refrigerator. But, it doesn't get very cold. In order not to heat up at all, they left one card in the door so that the light would not turn off. The disadvantage for me is that there is nowhere to dry the laundry. And so I liked everything, I recommend it.

Great hotel!
It is located next to the metro and a large shopping center, there is even a direct passage to it))
A nice pool, there were always free sunbeds, we went swimming after breakfast, it was cool refreshing!
The staff is very friendly and friendly, everyone smiles and is happy to help, the atmosphere is incredible 🥰
The room was cleaned every day, everything was always perfectly cleaned))
The breakfasts are excellent, a wide variety of dishes, also some dishes could be asked to cook individually (omelette or fried eggs, for example), delicious orange juice!

The location is excellent: near the Ibn Batuta metro station, and also through the P2 button you immediately get to the large, beautiful and functional Ibn Batuta Mall
If you arrive in Abu Dhabi, the bus will also take you directly to the Ibn Batuta bus station.
The rooms are spacious, with TV (3 Russian channels), coffee and tea set, safe, refrigerator. There are no slippers, no bathrobe, only liquid soap and shampoo from the means (press on the case itself to use it), the hair dryer works very poorly. We did not take breakfast, because we ate in the shopping center, there is also a supermarket of the Spanish Carrefoul chain. By the way, you can change money there at a good exchange rate (located to the left of the entrance to Carrefoul), you need a passport. Who needs it - there is an alcohol market at good prices in the parking lot of this supermarket)). There is a shuttle service to the beach (there at 10:00, back at 15:00, but come back in at least 5 minutes, arrives, loads up and does not wait a second). Who needs to go to the Ferris wheel: 1 metro stop in the direction of Burj Khalifa, get off and immediately take the F57 bus on the right (10 minutes without stops); if you manage to board within 30 minutes after the metro, it will be free, and 3 dirhams will be charged (we scan the Nol card at the entrance and exit).

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In terms of price/quality, this is an ideal option. But the coolest thing is its location. Ibn Batutta Mall is right next to each other, there is even a passage through the air corridor. The children got used to the hotel very quickly and ran to the pool and Jacuzzi themselves. We could safely leave the children in the room in the evening and go with my wife to the Mall or Carrefour. Very cool location in terms of transport accessibility. Bus stop, metro station. You can easily get anywhere in Dubai or Abu Dhabi from the hotel. The friendly staff of the restaurant organized a greeting for our son, it was so touching and simply unforgettable!!! We enjoyed everything here and we dream of returning to this beautiful hotel again. Thank you to the hotel staff for their kindness and responsiveness. We just fell in love with this place!!!

I liked the hotel very much, we lived in October 2024, in tower B, there was a view of the Marina, near the metro station and bus station, 2 stations to the Marina, breakfasts were varied and delicious, room cleaning was every day, clean towels, a kettle in the room, water was put on, tea, coffee, sugar, hair dryer on request, you can take it at the reception, on the second floor there is a passage to the Battuta Mall, where you can eat, the pool is of course too small, children can only splash around, there is an alcohol store nearby, in the parking lot next to Carrefour, the staff is very friendly and helpful

I really liked the hotel in Dubai. All the furniture, the design is new. The staff is very friendly. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. There are many cafes, shops and a currency exchange with a good rate within 5 minutes of the hotel. There is a shuttle to the sea and back to the sea. Swimming pool. Very good sound insulation. Neighbors and door slamming are not heard, there are closers. I recommend.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The interior is simply gorgeous, it creates a unique atmosphere of modernity and comfort. Breakfasts are something! I was looking for something new every day, and I was great at it. There was an opportunity to enjoy aromatic coffee and fresh dishes. The views from the terrace are another big plus. I haven't seen anything like it in a long time. I think I'll come back here again and definitely recommend it to my friends.

Nice hotel!

A good option in terms of price-quality ratio. We had a family room with 4 beds, but it wasn't crowded. We stayed for one night after the cruise, we were as satisfied as possible.
Comfortable mattresses and pillows. The room has everything you need. Breakfast was also quite satisfactory. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The only thing, as it seemed to me, there are not enough deck chairs, not enough for everyone. The Jacuzzi is comfortable in temperature. A lifeguard is on duty. Towels are provided.
There is a shopping center nearby.
I think that for 12 thousand rubles for four people with breakfast for the January holidays, it's just a gift. We'll calmly stop there again, if necessary.

Hooray for the hotel! I was two weeks old, I would have stayed longer, but alas... The staff was only seen at the reception, very responsive! The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, coffee/tea/sugar/bottled water - changes every day as you use it. Standard rooms - shower, bed, sofa, TV with 3 Russian channels, air conditioning, wardrobe, safe, toilet combined with shower. There are rooms for smokers, but mostly non-smoking rooms! From the second floor there is a passage to the shopping center, a metro station across the street, a lot of taxi drivers around! The dining room is great, the buffet! I did not regret it, I will go there again!

I liked everything at the hotel, buffet breakfasts, swimming pool (separate towels are provided), cleaned every day + water, tea, coffee. But the most convenient thing is the transport benefits, there are a lot of taxi drivers and buses right in front of the entrance, even to Abu Dhabi, even to the center. If you don't want to go anywhere, there is a passage directly to the shopping center with shops and a food court, you can walk from the mall to the subway.
