I had a vacation with my son in August 2025. The hotel has exceeded all expectations. For an additional fee, they were given a beautiful view room on the third floor. The room wasn't even hot without air conditioning (we don't use it). The balcony is huge. The furniture and plumbing are in good condition. Everything is working properly. Nutrition is above all praise. The hotel has several restaurants with the same menu. You can come in about 15 minutes and take a table you like. The waiters are great. Drinks are brought immediately, dirty dishes are quickly removed. There is ice cream on the island at certain hours.The animation is very unobtrusive. During the day, the hotel has a relaxing atmosphere.Beaches for every taste. The sun beds are great. There are bars in the bays. There are ramps in the water right off the shore.Soft music is playing by the pool. It is pleasant to walk on the island day and night. In the evening, the backlight turns on and you can observe the activity of marine fauna. All the staff is very friendly. There are very few Russians in the hotel. The cleaning was of high quality. Drinks were replenished daily: tea, coffee, large bottles of lemonade and water. The hotel left a great impression.

We had a vacation in September. Great hotel! Everything is very thoughtful and caring for the vacationers. Number. For a small gift, we were checked in ahead of schedule to room 343 on the 3rd floor of building A - spacious with a large balcony (there is a dryer!!!) and a view of the bay. The buildings are three-storeyed, there is no elevator, on the ground floor there is an unobstructed exit to the street from the balcony. There is a refrigerator in the room with a bottle of water, cola and sprite!!! The stock is replenished during cleaning. Cleaning. High-quality with towel figures. When I checked in, I went everywhere to wipe the shelves and was very surprised that they were already clean!!! Food. There is a choice. We always found a free place. It is important that the cleaners and waiters do their job well!!! Animation. Quite intelligent and unobtrusive. We caught a belly dance, a fire show, and a skirt dance. Everything is very professional! Sea. The purpose of our trip is snorkeling (observing marine life without diving) and yes!!!! The reef here is fantastic!!! We are thrilled! You can go down the stairs immediately to the depth, there is a descent to the edge of the reef. For those who like to just swim, there is a gentle approach in the bays. I recommend bringing special shoes with you. There was always plenty of room on the beach. To summarize: I would return to this hotel!!!!

My first visit to Egypt and I came across a very nice hotel. Two lagoons allowed swimming in the sea safely, I was with the children and was not afraid for them in the lagoon. We didn't even go to the pool, why when there is a sea with such a pleasant shore. Lagoon A is more sandy. The food was amazing in its variety. The room is very comfortable with a wonderful view of the sea, just in case, I recommend taking clothespins, the wind is sometimes strong and things fall on the balcony, of course they don't fly away, but they can fall on the balcony floor if the room is located closer to the open sea. Overall, the hotel experience is very good. I recommend it to people with children and those who don 't like noisy parties.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in October 2024. First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for our unforgettable stay! Men are just great fellows: check-in, room cleaning, restaurant, beach, etc. Everything was great!!! There are a lot of positive reviews about this hotel, and they are completely true. We had 382 rooms with a wonderful view of the pool and partly the sea on the third floor. Initially, we did not pay for any particular type, because we decided to orient ourselves on the spot. We were asked at check-in which room we approximately want, we expressed our wishes and paid extra according to our choice. I can say that no one forced or extorted anything from us, as some guests write. We really liked the room, for which special thanks. This hotel is for those who like a calm, measured, high-quality and sincere rest. If you need VIP and delights, then you are not here. Of course, the hotel is not new, but this is also its advantage - everything is worked out and soundly. A large, green, very well-groomed territory, a beautiful beach area where there are always free sun beds. By the way, most of the sun beds are wooden with soft mattresses. Comfortable lagoons where it is comfortable to swim even in very windy weather, a beautiful coral reef. Excellent food - not to say that there is some kind of huge abundance, but everything is there and everything is delicious. We like spicy and spicy food, and there are many such dishes here, but for those who like more dietary dishes, there is something to eat. Sweets and pastries for 5+ Saved us from gaining excess weight during the vacation by swimming, lack of an elevator and walking. Alcohol is good. However, we drank only dry wine and beer, unfortunately, I can't say anything about cocktails, we don't drink. The coffee is especially delicious in the view Bar above the reception. Special thanks to the staff of the main restaurant - very attentive, friendly and hardworking. Everyone tries to make the guests feel comfortable. And although there were quite a lot of people in the hotel when we were relaxing, neither in the restaurant nor on the beach, in general, it was somehow not felt throughout the hotel. Probably because there are many different locations in Arabia, and guests are evenly distributed throughout the hotel, and the staff works very quickly. The main contingent of the hotel are elderly Germans who really like to play cards, dice and other board games, so of course there are no stormy parties and hangouts here. There is daytime animation, as well as evening entertainment shows in the Theater, which is located in a separate wing of the main building. We went for a couple, we were not delighted, but it is difficult to surprise us, since we live in the center of St. Petersburg. Many people write about room cleaning that it is of poor quality. I wouldn't say that. In general, with the constant wind that is present in Hurghada, it is quite difficult to remove sand, but it is just everywhere. Take separate slippers for the room, wash your feet and shoes after the beach and everything will be OK. They try to clean well, at least everything has always been clean. We travel a lot around the world, but this is the first time such a comfortable hotel has been built. The food, like in other hotels, is varied and delicious. Germans 80%, Russians 5%. A huge Olympic-size heated swimming pool, with rooms on the ground floor offering direct access to lagoons, bars or the pool. The fifth star was probably not given due to the lack of bathrobes, slippers, and Wi-Fi in the rooms. (only in the lobby). I recommend the hotel.

The water in the room, as already mentioned in the reviews, did not behave clearly, it was cold in the morning, it could be hot in the evening, the pressure was weak, it was constantly clogging up. Food. The breakfasts are very weak, in the middle of the vacation you don't know what to eat anymore, it's the same every day, there's no variety. Lunch and dinner are not bad, but there is not much choice of dishes. There were always three types of meat (chicken, beef and lamb), the fish was probably the same, but cooked in different ways, very tasty, and the shrimp were very tasty twice. The fruits are always melon, apples, bananas, oranges and dates, there were nectarines, but a couple of times. During the two weeks of rest, watermelons were given twice, but even then they were dispensed. Very tasty sweets. There's an incomprehensible dining room on the beach, it seems to be big, but there's no choice, one soup, always the same, grilled fish, French fries, vegetables, pasta and pizza, which is cooked in front of you and that's it. In general, we were not hungry, we left well-fed and satisfied. Bar. Standard drinks. They make cocktails, but they taste better for a fee, non-alcoholic for $ 2, alcoholic for $ 3. It's a pleasure to walk around it in the evening and early in the morning. There are a lot of marine inhabitants, there is something to see. And to sum up, all the disadvantages of the hotel are covered by the sea. I reviewed a lot of beaches, choosing a hotel and those hotels that I visited earlier, probably this hotel has the best beach and sea. I'm not a fan of staying in the same hotel, but it's probably worth returning here, as other tourists do. We arrived very late at night, were joyfully greeted at the reception, explained everything, showed where and what, gave a snack, because we did not have time for dinner. According to a good old habit, we always bring a gift to the hotel at the reception (usually Alyonka, they are very fond of them), without a second thought we take a few pieces and distribute them to the most friendly employees during the vacation :) They took him to the room, gave the boy with the suitcases a buck, showed him everything in the room, explained. The room is working, the air conditioner is working, the water is cold/hot without interruption, everything is clean and tidy. The room itself is beautiful, with a view of the lagoon, a large balcony. The room is intact, the interior of the tree was unusual at first, but in the end it was very nice. The plumbing is tired, but it does not cause any disgust, everything is clean, everything works, there is no mold, etc. Of the cons: On the second day, the air conditioner decided to leak, it worked, but condensate flowed to the floor. We went to the reception, left a request and went to the beach. No one came in a day. On the second day, they repeated the application, immediately came running and fixed everything. Not a very pleasant bartender by the pool, selectively loves and in every possible way woos individual vacationers, apparently who abuse tips, but others are somehow not important to him. Emotionless, cold, with a stony face. Unpleasant. That's not how it's supposed to work. Either he doesn't like Russians. The room had a door to the next room (closed/closed). But there is no sound insulation if there are children in the next room - it's hell. We were lucky, the children appeared (or started screaming) only on the last day. Monotonous breakfast, tired on the third day (out of nine). It's the same thing, only the porridge from the whole table changes. And apparently, over the years of Egypt's inaccessibility, there are very few Russian-speaking staff. Everyone speaks German (95% of the vacationers at the hotel are Germans) and can first apply in German until you tell them that they need at least English. Positive: There are a lot of them. The food is delicious, the area is clean, the public toilets are shining, the sea gives a pleasant variety of fish. There is a reef at depth, but there are several families of Arab surgeons there, they are passive-aggressive, they are more careful with them. There are few parrots (fish), there used to be more of them. There is a shallow reef, closer to the lagoons, there is not such a strong current, there are fewer fish, but there is something to see. On the last day of rest, we saw a small stingray there! And two lagoons, purely for children. The territory is large, and even with full settlement, it is not felt, no one is sitting on each other's heads. By 10-11 am, the sun beds on the marina are already occupied, if you want to go to the reef, it's better to take them from 9 a.m. Wi-Fi is working, there is practically throughout the territory, except for the rooms, but also on the balcony we caught a signal) Even on the outskirts in the marina there is Wi-Fi. The hotel has a bazaar nearby, prices are high, it's better to go out into the city. If you carry the bucks, then since 2006, the release, others may not accept it. There is free billiards, very pleased. In the evening, people spread evenly through the bars, and never had any problems finding a place for evening gatherings. Overall, I am glad that the Azur hotel, which is new to me, left such a good and pleasant impression. The best swimming track for us is along the path to the Marina: the waves are minimal, the water is turquoise, there are few people) 2. The numbers are normal. Everything works, they are cleaned every day, 3 1.5 liter bottles of water are left for us every day. The shower gel is normal, the shampoos are their own. There is a good body lotion. The water in the shower is regular, at the right temperature. 3. Nutrition is normal. We are not starving. There are not many dishes. Every evening there is a themed kitchen, yesterday there was a seafood evening, there was a huge baked fish and shrimp. There is always meat, fish, chicken, side dishes, vegetables. There are different ways with fruits: hard pears, normal oranges, very tasty plums, green melons, moderately sweet, dates, fresh figs, bananas, grapes, apples in a fruit salad. Desserts are very good. 3. Drinks are a pain. Everything that is free is so-so, juices and ice cream are the cheapest, alcoholic cocktails are almost non-alcoholic. The coffee at breakfast is bad, coffee machines are only in bars. 4. Animation. She is there! We liked the animators' show more than the dancing of the guest artists. Yesterday there was a Fireshow at the Marina, before it there was a lottery, and after it there was a disco. It's cute. If you need a car, it is better to be located on the beach near the volleyball court or near the pool. The Marina is quiet, not even music is playing. I am writing an honest review! And not the one that the animators beg for, they are simply scolded if they do not get a 5-star review. They made me angry!!! There are a lot of disadvantages: The hotel has very old rooms, broken plumbing, sockets are loose, tiles are falling off, bad balcony doors. Since 6 a.m., the doors have been rattling like that, there is no such thing anywhere!!! And all because you have to go to occupy the sun beds. The Germans are pensioners, half of whom will occupy everything here! What remains is that there is no Wi-Fi and it is very windy in November! So I went at 6:00 and took the sun beds by the pool with my coral slippers. We arrive at 8:00 there are no slippers! The sunbeds were given to the Germans! At least they didn't throw away the slippers - they were found at the reception. It's just theft at the hotel!!! So you don't touch the Germans' things!? And you can clean up from Russians!? We are ready for anything for the Germans' bucks! The management apparently encourages such an attitude towards Russian guests! The sea is good here, the fish, the beautiful territory, the food is good, the food is delicious, the waiters /bartenders are all polite.

We checked in at 23:45, the room was given quickly (for an addition of $ 10), like a good one, in general the room is not bad and spacious, we had # 367 in building A on the 3rd floor overlooking the lagoon, everything worked, noisy air conditioning, free safe, because only small people slept in the room shoals in the form of tired plumbing, not very high-quality cleaning and other small things were not noticed! There are no questions about nutrition, in general, these are the peculiarities of Egypt in terms of the amount of fried food and salads. I was constantly not tasty, but they did not go hungry, there were fruits (melons, watermelons, bananas, apples, peaches), but as a rule only for lunch or dinner, there were 2 dinners with seafood, there were shrimp, tuna, various fish in the assortment... but it was not tasty to me, I'm sorry. We went to restaurants a la cart in Pattaya and with steaks, gave about $ 60 each for 2 adults and it was very tasty there. We advise) The territory of the hotel is not large, but well-groomed and green. I would like to say a special thank you to the animation team! The guys are great fellows, not intrusively, but very friendly and with love, the children liked us too, went to a foam party and threw paints, to aqua aerobics and evening shows! We take off our hats and say WELL DONE again!!! There is nothing special about entertainment for children, there is a small playground ... a sad mini disco. There are many Germans and Europeans in the hotel. The only way is to lie down from 6 a.m., but we don't suffer from this idiocy, we always found it. And we also lost masks that we bought for snorkeling in the car shop at the hotel, we looked at the cameras and allegedly tried to look for them, but they didn't find them! I got the impression that I took the staff. They were not upset much, but decided not to sweat and not to waste emotions on it, God is their judge! We were in January, the weather was great, the evenings were warm. It's really cool in the morning. The hotel has three restaurants. Compared to 2010, the food is more modest (there are not such mountains of sweets, there is no delicious ice cream like then), but still the staff tries. Fish and seafood, meat, lots of fruits and sweets are always on the menu. Meat and fish are often grilled in the evening. Wines, beer and other alcoholic beverages are local. Most of the vacationers are Germans, Ukrainians, Russians, as well as Arabs. We've been to other Egyptian hotels, but I liked this one the most! If I go to Hurghada again, only there!!! I recommend.
