It looks like a decent service, but in fact the level of service from the garage is without guarantees and with a divorce for money.
In fact: the coolant has been detected leaving the engine circuit. We arrived with a problem, they announced to me that they would check the tightness of the system by creating excessive pressure and find the cause. More than a day later (despite the fact that they promised to give the car back in 12 hours) the car was given away with the words that there was no leak, but antifreeze was added. They took money for both diagnostics and antifreeze, and only in cash, they did not want to use a card.
During the day, the COOLANT left as before. I returned for clarification, they said that there was another shift and they know nothing, but again they took the car for diagnostics. AND AGAIN everything is fine!!!! And again, pay us for the diagnosis!!!!
As a result, I crawled around the engine compartment on my own with a flashlight and found a leak from one connection - as they later said at another service station, the clamp / mount cracked from corrosion, it weakened and flowed. It was replaced in half an hour and everything was fine.
Do not contact this service for anything - they do nothing, they wind up services, they also demand payment for "services rendered"

I'll briefly tell you what happened.
I left my car to replace the clutch, later it turned out that I needed to change the outlet pipe from the thermostat, and then also the front springs. It certainly cost a tidy sum. We did everything kind of well, but later the trip out of town turned out to be a living hell.
On the road, it expels all the antifreeze from the system and the engine boils.
A lucky friend was at home on the weekend. We pulled the car onto a cable to his garage, and let's figure out the problem ourselves.
It turned out that these garage guards had broken the quick-release pipe (not even in the place where the work was being done), which goes from the thermostat to the cabin stove, and had not come up with anything better than to simply insert the 13 head from the tool kit into the thermostat housing and attach the broken part from the housing to the same head.
As a result, I had to buy a new thermostat in the case (245p) and, of course, the antifreeze itself (107p)
I hope my bitter experience will help someone choose a station.

I signed up for a tire service, arrived 10 minutes earlier, and was hired 15 minutes late. (I understand on the morning of November 8th, it is difficult to start working after the holidays). The masters were constantly distracted, ran to the office, as a result, for more than an hour to tire 4 R18 wheels and a broken pressure sensor, which I saw lying inside an old tire, to which I was told - it fell off itself and additionally said that the rubber band on the valve had already shrunk, so I had to remove and put the wheel twice. As a result, an hour later the wheel was flattened - I went to another place, the rubber band on the valve just tore when the pressure sensor was broken and instead of replacing the valve or gum, they just put a sealant, in the naive hope that the sealant would keep the pressure. In addition, all the wheels were pumped, 2.6-2.7 were pumped instead of 2.3.

But this time it was completely the opposite. I have not met such boorish communication even in the garage, where no one claims to have a high level of service. When recording, they announced the price to us, at the exit they drew 30 rubles more and rudely poked me in a dirty piece of paper, where I had to see the very explanation why the cost had increased. But when the master, who arrived at work later than the appointed time, realized that his rudeness did not work with me, he sent it to the cashier (did not send it, sent it). And there's a lady there that I want to write about here. I stayed at the car, my husband went to pay and clarify the amount, as well as the director's contacts, and the room where the cash register is located is about 50 meters away and behind a closed door. Her raised tone was very, very clearly audible on the street. What I wrote about, as well as about the whole situation, in a review on cream. About an hour later, the director called back and apologized, said that the amount was really overstated, etc. And an hour later the cashier called and screamed trying to figure out why I wrote such a review. She screamed into the phone, and then she just dropped it.
I will not advise anyone to service their car there, it will only spoil your mood and nerves.

I've been repairing cars there since 2010. Everything has gone wrong this year. My wife, after repairing the cooling system, did not slam the hood, it opened on the MKAD and crashed the car, plus neighboring fragments caught. I drove it twice for an oil change, they forgot about the car, and if I hadn't called myself, I would have been without a car the next day. They refused to change the fuel filter, they changed it in another office without any problems for a hundred rubles. In general, the quality of work and the price are the same as everywhere, but there will be no responsible approach to your car.

I turned to this service to diagnose the cooling system, the coolant was not circulating in a large cooling circle and determine where the antifreeze leak is and eliminate the leak.
Bottom line: the problem of improper coolant circulation has not been eliminated, (replacing the thermostat did not fix anything), to replace the thermostat, they removed the generator, which is nothing, they removed the strut of the shock absorbers, which is not why. I say this because the masters at the service station, where I am now changing the EGR cooler, which is much more laborious than connecting two tubes, the strut of the shock absorbers was not removed.
24 Rds are throwing unnecessary services for the sake of raising the check. Stop fooling people, repairing cars, it's already a profitable business if you work responsibly and honestly.

A week ago, it was urgently necessary to solder the device, there is such a problem on the Ford focus, they soldered, took the car, then in the dark I saw the light bulbs (photo), arrived, somehow with swearing and arguments, they fixed it, but later I noticed that the tachometer needle was set lower than necessary, I will fix it myself, or else For the third time, I feel like I'm going to stay without cleaning at all.
I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to look for another service, even for an oil change.

Locksmith work is better not to trust. After replacing the discs, the handbrake was clamped - an incorrect installation of the discs was fixed in another car service. I applied to replace the valve cover gasket, they said they would call me back, but apparently they were afraid of the work. I asked for a number of questions to diagnose, they also did not help, I went to another service. In general, two. There are no sensible specialists. You come, you show the problems. The master looks with his eyes blinks at the locksmith, the locksmith looks with his eyes blinks at the master). After leaving them, I changed the cabin filter itself - the mount was broken, the screw was screwed instead. The smell of exhaust gases was in the cabin - they diagnosed it, took the money, found nothing. In another place, it turned out that the nozzle gasket was pierced.

I was driving home from work on Friday in my seat Ibiza 2000 and at some point I didn't like something and I turned off the engine and didn't start. While I found someone who can accept me, I remembered that the service I know is not so far away, which also works until 20.00. so far I have found someone who will pull me there. And as I found out, my alternator belt came off. Pulled, pushed into the box, opened the hood, showed that the belt had come off. I asked to change the videos at the same time, so that everything would be at once. We called the next day. They said that they still need to change the power steering pump, since my mount is broken, which most likely caused the belt to fly off, they said that I would be able to pick up the car in the evening. The pump was agreed with me. But in the evening they dialed and asked. And whether my car started, or for some reason they put the timing belt on the tags for me, for a minute these are different things and it is covered with a casing, and the car does not start. I somehow strained, and they say that most likely something flew into the timing belt and it turned around, it is necessary to open the head and check the valves. And then I felt uneasy. I asked them not to do anything else, and the next day I took away from them, or rather dragged in a car that was not working. At the same time, at the moment I have paid about 550 bel.rub. As a result, when I found a normal master, I tightened the car to him, he still had to disassemble the engine head.and when he saw the 4 bent valves, he was a little shocked, and said that I couldn't drive like that, unless it was divine guidance.I didn't pay much more for the repairs. But that's not the point. Yes, I can't prove that they did it, I don't even have such illusions, but as they say, the sediment remained. And you, dear friends, decide for yourself what and how.

Now the car is still on the move for some reason)
There are no questions for the masters, they did what was agreed. Questions are only for those who put prices at 120p for removing 4 bolts. I do not advise you to come here and avoid this eatery

The master offered a selection of spare parts, I agreed, if the price suits me, I will order from them, but their spare parts came out 20% more expensive and I refused. I ordered spare parts and signed up for a replacement, the master told me to come the next day, but warned that it would not be his shift, I did not pay any attention to it. I arrived, gave the car back, asked to see the brake pads / discs again, I changed them a month earlier, I was worried about the creaking that periodically manifested itself. I came to pick up the car, they said everything was changed, the pads did not creak, because I only changed the pads in the back. That's 107 rubles, I'm not a lot of fun. I ask why so? Have I been told a different price? - well, you have 3 rollers, a belt.... we also gave you a suspension diagnosis as a gift, I ask: - and what do I have on the suspension? - and we didn't look, you wrote to look at the brakes))) I paid them, I don't like to swear. But I decided to write a review. What needs to be changed there and how much it costs, the first master knew and, taking this into account, announced the cost. Why it grew overnight, I still don't understand.
