I give 1 star for the opportunity to pay through Sberbank online and the second for the fact that the administrator is in touch even at night. But, as it turned out, there is no sense in this. Due to flight delays, I checked in late. The plan was to come and fall asleep. It turned out that you need to make the bed yourself - okay. When trying to make the bed, I found stains (brown) on the sheet. I wrote to the administrator, he replied that it was varnish! - they hit the door, he says. That's it! He didn't answer my texts or phone calls anymore. And I also called because I also found stains on the duvet cover. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. I went to bed with my clothes on. I paid 2,200rubles for such a wonderful stay. For example, the previous night before staying here, I stayed at the Ibis on Dynamo for 3200rubles. In addition to clean bed linen, there is also drinking water and snacks at the bar (free of charge, as in any self-respecting hotel). You say, so go to the Ibis, so I'll go. Perhaps this accommodation put an end to the daily rent of apartments for me. P.S. The apartment is cold, it is not possible to watch TV, because the remote control does not work.
