Обращался в компанию много раз. Интересно и приятно было покупать товары, покуда они не сломались. Как оказалось, сотрудники компании специально создали трудную схему возврата, чтобы клиенты не могли вернуть товар. Компания отказалась принимать товар, и требовала чтобы я самостоятельно произвел диагностику и сдал оборудование в ремонт. На всю историю, я потратил более 10 дней, суммарного времени. Деньги за оборудование вернул. Магазин не рекомендую. Есть вероятность, что если оборудование сломается, вам за него деньги никто не вернет, придется чинить за свой счет.

Terrible attitude to customers! A refund was issued due to a factory defect on 21.11.2023. It was promised to return the funds within three days. Today, 11/27/2023. they feed breakfast, create requests to some service center and that's it. And the most interesting thing is that the product was issued in a Mini-pay. And every day I get a percentage for "using" a loan that I never used!
