I rented a Nissan Sunny car for a week and returned it on the due date, 26-April-2025. On the day of return, they did not mention and return the deposit as I forgot about it due to an appointment that I need to attend to. A day after, 27-Apr-25, I messaged the contact person in this rental company to check if they are open and replied that they are operating. I reminded them about my deposit and asked for the return but never replied to my messages. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Will be contacting RTA and Dubai police to file a complaint in order to impose sanction and penalties to this car rental company.

July-25 i took car from the Carshell Then return back in 3 days before they make all the charges as per their company policy One's i ask about deposit refund they mentioned 28/08/25 u will receive since that day till now not yet received my deposit The person name is Abbas who was dealing with me He is worst condonation person not reply call or txt Just keep saying wait u will get by today or tomorrow So i have a request never ever take rent a car from them otherwise u have suffer to get back yr money -00000000 Start

Hello. We rented a car in December 2023 to January 4, 2024 in Dubai from Carshell Car Rental. This company does not refund 900 dirhams of our deposit. We drove without fines and violations.The car was returned in the same condition as it was received.The car was returned on January 4, 2024. It's been almost three months now. They feed promises and do not return the deposit.Be careful not to rent a car from such scammers.We will contact the Dubai police today.
