An extremely unpleasant shopping experience in the Children's World. We placed an order through the app, and we received a notification that the product is ready for delivery. When we arrived at the store, there was no one at the checkout counter. We stood for 10-20 minutes until someone appeared at all. When an employee finally came up and called the order number, they took out child seats for us just like that — without boxes, without packaging, an open product. When asked where the packaging was, the employee, looking as unhappy as possible, went to "look for" at least polyethylene. Then they sent it to the cashier to pay. And already at the checkout, we noticed for ourselves that one child safety seat was torn. In other words, they actually tried to sell us defective goods without even warning us about it. One chair had to be abandoned, and the second was bought. As a result, there was no packaging, no polyethylene, and the goods simply had to be carried into the car as they were. The attitude of the staff is disgusting: the facial expression is as if we owe them something, and they are not doing their job. We are very disappointed with the service. Absolutely not the level that you would expect from a large network. There is no desire to return.
