We were looking for a place in Istanbul where you can have an inexpensive and satisfying meal, and we came across this dining room. This is a real find! After the overpriced prices in tourist places, it's nice to have dinner in a place where customer care is felt in every dish. Food: Very tasty and, importantly, similar to homemade. It feels like they are cooking with the soul, and not just for the flow. The choice of dishes is good, there are always soups, hot dishes, side dishes and salads. Everything is fresh and delicious. Prices: This is the main advantage. Compared to the neighboring cafes, the prices here are very affordable. A full lunch with soup, main course and salad cost us about 200 lire per person. In today's Istanbul, this is a great offer! Atmosphere: The place is simple, without pathos, but clean and cozy. You won't find any tourist polish here, but you will find honest food for honest money. Bottom line: I definitely recommend this dining room to anyone who is tired of the high cost and wants to get a taste of real, unpretentious Turkish cuisine. We will definitely come back!

Of all the cafes and restaurants in the area, it tastes the best here! I will also note separately: 1. It's a bit like our canteens, where you walk around with a tray and pick out food. 2. A large assortment, there are dishes from our usual European cuisine, while not as spicy as in other establishments in Istanbul (it was here that we finally found boiled potatoes, which for some reason is not popular here). 3. There are vegetarian dishes. 4. The prices here are adequate, there is no extra charge, as in popular tourist establishments, so many locals and foreigners eat here, there is always a full boarding. 5. The staff is very polite and friendly, they speak English well, some even in Russian. I definitely recommend you to visit!

If you are going to live in Istanbul at the Fatih railway station, come here for lunch. Inexpensive and quite high-quality, you won't get hurt. A cafe like our self-service canteen. You take a tray, show what you want, they serve you a portion, salads, desserts, just like with us, you eat yourself. There's a Russian-speaking girl working at the distribution, but basically everyone understands you. My lunch of soup, second and 1/2 flatbread and tea cost an average of 300 lire, 250-270, before leaving I took lamb (a huge piece) with potatoes for hot, 480 lire was a lamb lunch. The dining room is clean, and local hard workers often dine. So if you have an economy tour, then keep in mind this canteen.

Dishes: the assortment is quite diverse, there are fish, meat, soups, snacks, salads, drinks. Taste: the level of a normal dining room near work. If you have arrived in Istanbul on a limited budget without meals at the hotel, then most likely this will be the most appropriate option, as there is a fairly extensive list of dishes and prices that are very affordable by the standards of current Istanbul. Prices: the bottom of the market. I haven't seen anything cheaper. There are already some restaurants going on, but still, I wouldn't classify this place as a restaurant. This is the dining room. Cons: in such places, I am always quite skeptical about cooking without hygiene products (gloves at least), plus, the smell of food that is characteristic of all canteens, which you soak in even passing by this place :)

A self-service canteen. A good selection of dishes. You can have a great meal for 600-700 lire for two people. In hot weather, it is better to sit on the second floor. The chefs on the delivery list speak Russian. There are meat and fish, local dishes, vegetable salads, and spicy seasonings. My wife really liked the fish and liver.

In general, there are such prices for food in Istanbul now, which is more expensive than accommodation. This cafe-canteen is salvation, tasty and inexpensive, we have breakfast, lunch and dinner for an average of 440 lira for two, with dessert and drinks, the staff is good, responsive, some speak Russian. We found the dining room only on the third day of our stay in Istanbul. It was our salvation, the price and quality of the food are all excellent. We took different dishes with my husband and tried each other)) there were two bean dishes, I love it very much. Our average check was 400 lire (800 rubles). In a cafe, it was 3 times more expensive.

I completely agree with the previous reviews that this is the best place to eat in the area.: 1) Very reasonable price tag 2) a large assortment of dishes more or less familiar to the Russian stomach (there are also mashed soups, and many options for second courses - fish and meat, stewed, boiled, fried and baked, several types of desserts and drinks 3) very polite staff, many speak Russian 4) you can take any dish with you, they will carefully put everything in the container.

The food is served with the devil knows what, the prices are not indicated anywhere, at the end of the feed line there is a dirty man with a cigarette and verbally calculates how much to pay. They took 1300 lire, they didn't eat anything. The boiled lamb meat with potatoes was spoiled, it felt like it had been treated with potassium permanganate, even the meat had a shade of purple, another dish was supposedly made from minced meat, also without meat, but it was abundantly doused with tomato paste, and there was not even any meat. All the dishes are cold, when asked to warm up, the person standing at the counter said that the food was warm, but we won't heat it anymore. We actually tried it a little bit and realized that health is more expensive, we left all the food, we left, despite this we still lost two days, we stayed at home because of an upset stomach I do not recommend it!!!!
