But actually there were quite a lot of "joints" in the hotel, so we can't put a five in any way. Firstly, the linen on one bed was absolutely wet, I can't even call it wet, it was wet. Secondly, there were no light bulbs in the chandelier in the toilet, in the floor lamp in the living room. Thirdly, there was no mini-bar, it was obvious that it had been standing before. At our request, it was brought to us. Well, and fourthly, rather poor breakfasts, monotonous.

It was only after the second call to the prescription that they were able to send the bartender with towels so that she could dry the floor. the set of detergents wants the best, only at a minimum, there are no bathrobes. The staff is polite, but the maid stole the chargers from her husband, which she forgot in the room. But since we also had a second room, when we returned to the hotel we were asked about the chargers, she hid from the administration both about the left bottle of beer and about the chargers. The beer bottle was returned, although it was not needed. And the administrator told us the chargers, as he said, they are now looking in the trash, but we already need to go to the airport. We were told that chargers are expensive in Kazakhstan. The administrator justified everything to the maid, like he has been working for many years and so on. But she's a thief, she hid from the administration about beer and chargers. Since the road was going to be long, my chargers did not fit my husband's iPad, iPhone and watch, it was problematic. Moreover, we had to travel another 600 km by car to the navigator in the iPhone. I didn't count on my phone during the trip and I didn't connect roaming. These are the problems thieves can create, realizing that they are tied to departures. There is no desire to return to this hotel for the second time because of the results of the work of the staff. The breakfast is so-so, you can eat, you won't leave hungry. But rather modestly. The customer service wants the best. I don't even know how you can be so polite and deceitful, thievish.
