I love this area for the Frame and SVD stores, where there is a huge selection of Japanese clothing brands. You can have a snack with burgers at GOAT, noodles at Yui, drink gin and tonic at Alina Dori. Everything is stylish, fashionable, beautiful, there are many showrooms and pleasant establishments.

Nice location, instagrammable. I visited several times during the Dubai Design Week. Interesting unusual objects, beautiful lighting in the evening. There are many different cafes. It's nice to take a walk and have a snack.
