New peaceful family popped up in 2019 community next to Expo and DIP but not walkable to Metro Station due it’s very very far at the corner of the most remote Dubai’s highway E611 and Jebel Ali road. There’re Lulu, Spynnes and Quick Supermarkets, good playgrounds for kids, nice laundry, nursery and even Gems school but it’s still a bit empty and with more social places to come into life as DWC is the biggest district of UAE and should have metro and shopping mall but not yet although it’s been awaited over past 7 years…

It's nice to see how the Arab Emirates value their territories, how they take care of them, water their lawns several times a day every day. And what plants are planted around. It is very comfortable for children to walk here.
