Definitely 10 out of 10! We were passing through Kostanay, by the way, a clean, gentrified, cozy city, stayed at the Medeo hotel and were very impressed. The rooms are clean and well maintained, thoughtful and beautiful interior, there is a mini bar, water, tea, coffee are free. The reception staff is polite, caring and friendly. The accounting documents were done quickly and efficiently. Another pleasant moment is the lunch box, which is very decent. We left early, we didn't have time for breakfast, the reception offered to take a snack on the road. The impressions of visiting the complex are the highest. I would like to wish the management and maintenance staff good health and prosperity! Keep your mark and don't stop there!

An amazing hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there. Perfect cleanliness in the room, in the halls, and in the restaurant. Crisp white linens, soft towels and bathrobes. Advice to pastry chefs: learn how to make delicious cheesecakes, it does not pull up to the level of a hotel restaurant. Pilaf is also not pilaf: rice with meat, I also cook at home.
