I bought a shirt from you especially for a wedding, where I was invited by a guest. There are no questions about the shirt itself — it's a good thing, I kept it for myself. Maintenance problem: the protective magnetic sensor was not removed during purchase. The frame worked at the exit, but the employee said not to pay attention. As a result, I couldn't wear a shirt on the wedding day, so I had to find a replacement in a hurry and go in a less suitable option — the spoiled impression of an important event was entirely the fault of the store. I came to sort it out —the only thing they offered me was a "big apology." For a large business clothing chain, this is a weak reaction to their own mistake with such consequences for the client. Apologies are good, but they don't compensate for the fact that due to your oversight, the purchase turned out to be useless exactly when it was needed. I'm very disappointed.
