It is a top Emirati bank along with FAB. I sometimes use an ATM in Almaz. The queue is always very long (this is a business center). Therefore, it is better to come at 7 a.m. Or even earlier, so as not to stand in a crowd of people. There are only 2 ATMs, and there are usually a lot of people who want to do something there (still a business center).
