Overall, a good budget hotel, our room was clean, everything was working properly, they gave us water every day, cleaning on demand. The location is convenient, there are many cafes, grocery stores, supermarkets nearby, and the Union metro station is a 15-minute walk away

It's very dirty. Only Hindus stop. There's a smell of sweat or something in the rooms. I left a pack of chewing gum on the bedside table, and someone chewed it off in the morning. (99% are mice, small teeth marks are characteristic) The staff is not bad, the conditions are terrible. They didn't even bring toilet paper for 8 days.... View from the window to the trash can...

The hotel is normal, but not super. There are 3* better ways. Breakfast was included, but in fact it wasn't there at all.After much negotiation, the tour operator refunded the requested amount for breakfast, but the checks were needed.In principle, you can stop .As other guests wrote about bedbugs and cockroaches, we have never met, thank God. They didn't ask for cleaning, they came to replace the towels themselves, after 3 days.
