The Dubai Creek Harbour residential complex is impressive at first glance. The architecture is modern, there is a lot of air and light, the panorama of the bay is simply gorgeous. The territory is well maintained, there are walking areas, the embankment is clean, it's nice to go out in the evening. The quality of the finishes in the apartments is decent, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A separate plus is safety and quiet, which is not always found in the city center. Shops and cafes are nearby, transport accessibility is good, it's not a long drive to the center of Dubai. On the downside, housing prices are high and parking spaces are sometimes occupied by guests, but in general these are small things against the background of the overall level of the complex.
