When we first came here, we were impressed by the delicious cuisine and excellent service. The second time was unsuccessful. We waited for the waiter for half an hour, for some reason we ran out of Internet to place an order via a tablet, as is their custom. The hostess came up to us, took the order by ear, mixed up the whole order, convincing us that we ordered exactly this and that it was impossible to look at the menu because there was no Internet, although visitors were sitting at other tables and choosing dishes through the menu on the tablet. When the hot food arrived, it was wrong again, the hostess tsked with displeasure and left. The mood to eat what I wanted was ruined. Of course we won't come here anymore. The kitchen is great. The service is lame.

We had lunch here with colleagues today. The order is at least 5 minutes late. Similarly, last week we waited about 35 minutes for our food. I ordered it myself, noting that it should be cooked right away, and not later, because we will eat and leave immediately. I managed to sit for a while and realizing that they would delay ordering by themselves, I closed the account. But I still got the food in 25 minutes. There is a very long delay, they say that the kitchen is loaded, and there are a lot of guests, although only 8 tables out of 33 were occupied (I counted while waiting for my order) Very inconvenient! It's a shame to call/advise friends when you receive such service! I wrote a review while waiting for the order

Comfortably. The kebabs are delicious. San Sebastian and waffles are good too. The prices are a little too high, but you leave happy and well-fed.
