Carl's Jr. via Trendyol on December 16, 2025. I ordered from the Quartermaster Zorlu branch. There were 2 Steakhouse Burger Menus in my order; each menu included burgers, potatoes, coke and free toppings. I paid a total of 900 TL. When the products reached my hand, as soon as I opened one of the burgers, an intense and nauseating, almost vomit-like smell spread out, and I noticed that the product was clearly damaged, so I requested a refund without consuming it. I have created a refund request via the Trendyol assistant. However, the company is trying to make only a partial refund of 382.5 TL instead of returning the entire two menus of 900 TL on the grounds that I uploaded a photo of only one product on the return form. When I asked how we could photograph the smell of the product, the Trendyol official said that I had to send photos of both products, otherwise he would not be able to approve the refund request. Although damaged, smelly products are sent, I am expected to persistently photograph all damaged products without any information being provided. I do not accept the sending of shameful and unhealthy products, and then the imposition of partial returns in this way. And Carl's Jr. I am extremely uncomfortable with the approach of the Quartermaster Zorlu branch and Trendyol in this process. My order number is 10792990682. I want the entire payment of 900 TL paid to be returned to me and Carl's Jr. regarding this hygiene and service problem. I also demand that an explanation be made by Trendyol and an apology be made.
