The sound insulation leaves much to be desired, you can hear what is happening behind the wall, and any rustle from the corridor. The spa is a bit weak - a tiny sauna, a small swimming pool, which is not allowed without a cap (you can buy it), a hammam for a fee. Compared to other hotels in the chain, it does not reach the level of the Sheraton. An ordinary hotel, I don't think it's worth the money.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in September 2025 and were very sorry! The hotel is not worth the money we paid. The location is not very good, although it carries a minibus at a certain time. It's not convenient to get to Taksim Square and then back again! The rooms are old. They are very poorly cleaned, someone's socks are lying on the chair. The sink is clogged, the water does not go away, the plumber was called 3 times, cleaned the dirt after him, threw all the contents into the toilet, the bathroom floors were dirty after his work. The cleaning was only done the next day. The breakfasts don't seem to be bad, but the situation with the scrambled eggs has overshadowed it. I asked the cook to fry it well, she didn't want to do it, threw it on a plate and said that everything was already fine, I had to be indignant after 2 administrators, they took it away and fried it in old oil. In general, I heartily do not recommend this hotel! For this price, we lived in the center, in the old town in more comfortable hotels!

Great hotel, clean and very comfortable! A conference was held at this hotel and the organization was also excellent. There is a gym, a spa and delicious breakfasts, thanks to Ibrahim and saikal for the excellent service in the restaurant.

Great city hotel. Helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. There is a shuttle service to Taksim Square. It's not far on foot to Istiklal Street, but uphill and through the back streets. The deluxe room is clean and comfortable. Cleaning every day. A pleasant spa area with a swimming pool.

Otherwise, everything is clean and tidy, our floor was not for smokers. The breakfasts are normal, there are many dishes, but all without meat, meat is very expensive in Turkey.

Nice hotel on a busy Istanbul street. The location is quite convenient. To the famous pedestrian street Istikal 10-15 minutes on foot. Galatskaya Tower is about 30 meters away. The rooms are excellent, there is air conditioning, tea, coffee, refrigerator, water. High-quality cleaning, once a day. There are no complaints about the shower and toilet either. The food in the hotel is good, an excellent buffet. In general, very confident urban 5 stars.
