Nice hotel on a busy Istanbul street. The location is quite convenient. To the famous pedestrian street Istikal 10-15 minutes on foot. Galatskaya Tower is about 30 meters away. The rooms are excellent, there is air conditioning, tea, coffee, refrigerator, water. High-quality cleaning, once a day. There are no complaints about the shower and toilet either. The food in the hotel is good, an excellent buffet. In general, very confident urban 5 stars.

A wonderful hotel! Everything is very beautiful and comfortable. A gorgeous pool with a spa and delicious breakfasts. The staff is very friendly! The hotel is located close to the Istiklal street in an authentic area of the city. I recommend it! 👍

We booked a hotel in the Yandex Travel service, the cost without breakfast was 94 thousand rubles for 6 nights Deluxe room (beginning of September 2024)
The cost of breakfast in hotels is 650 liras (~1700 RUB)
There are no bathrobes in the room.
Otherwise, everything is clean and tidy, our floor was not for smokers.
The breakfasts are normal, there are many dishes, but all without meat, meat is very expensive in Turkey.

The hotel is about nothing. If you don't speak English, they look at you like a dick. I paid for 3 days. I come on the second day. They say that if you want to go to your room, pay 100 euros. They don't accept anything else. The hotel is ordinary, there is nothing for 100 euros in it. Rent normal hotels across the street for 400 lira-800rubles. And not for 10,000rubles. Well, in short. About nothing. I really wished I was staying here. And the hotel is not washed properly, the door in the shower does not fully close. Come on, guys. Why do you even need this? Although if you want the mustachioed Turks to humiliate you, then you are welcome.

Отличная гостиница, персоналу однозначно 5+. Номера чистые, уборка отличная. Завтрак-большой выбор на любой вкус. Единственный минус это местонахождение его компенсирует шатл, подвозит почти до станции метро.

Отель в хорошем месте, рядом центр и Таксим. Рядом шумная улица.
В целом Шератон где-нибудь в Казахстане или Москве гораздо лучше.
Тут скорее хорошая 4ка, а не 5*.
Как и везде в Турции достаточно персонала из KZ.

Единственное, что понравилось -это чистота. Минусы - нет русско-говорящего персонала, отвратительные искусственные подушки, маленькие номера, вид из окон оставляет желать лучшего. А больше всего возмутило, что стоимость в букинге отличается... номер стоил 52 456 рублей, а по приезду взяли 56 000 рублей и плюс дополнительно ещё сняли денежные средства на карте... сказали, что депозит. Про депозит вообще не было информации на их сайте. Мы уже два дня дома, деньги так и не были возвращены!!!! Ждём
