The sea is just a few steps away. Yes, you need to cross the rails and the road. But it was annoying only on the first day. Then they got used to it, it doesn't cause difficulties, you just have to be careful. We go to the Reef beach, to the right, but we can go further, if desired. The hotel is clean. A nice girl Lyudmila cleans up. There is a change of linen and towels. The guest house is quiet. A pleasant terrace on the 3rd floor with a sea view. The guest house is suitable for independent travelers, as a base for excursions around Abkhazia, a relaxing beach holiday. Next to the dining room with reasonable prices. The room has everything you need. Refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water constantly, electricity was almost not turned off. We only spend the night in the room, so we specially booked a small room on the 3rd floor near the terrace. There are two such rooms in the house, they are cheaper. It was cramped only for the first days of the day, then we got used to it. There are few things, hand luggage. It was our choice. The relatives who came with us occupied a large room. They were also satisfied with everything. It should be borne in mind that this is exactly a typical guest house with a good and typical set of services. Although it is positioned as a hotel on many websites. We are experienced travelers. Therefore, it is not a burden for us to take out the garbage on the way to the sea, buy a roll of toilet paper, take with us travel sets of shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen is paid, but only 200 rubles per room for the entire period of stay. Thanks to the owners for meeting us halfway and resolving all the misunderstandings with the booking that arose through our fault. Thank you for your hospitality. We did not make the wrong choice. The guest house fully complies with the concept of "for conscious travelers".

August 23, we chose a not expensive hotel, not far from the sea. 2 rooms 2-room suite, four people checked in. There were 2 single beds in the first room. beds for children,TV,refrigerator,kettle,appliances. In the second room there is a 2-bed, wardrobe, ironing board, iron, air conditioning.The room was on the ground floor, there was no balcony, a dryer was installed next to the entrance on the street, a table with chairs was ours for the duration of our stay, in the courtyard. There are small, large towels for each, which have never been changed in a week, as well as linen.Toilet paper at the entrance was in the amount of 1 roll, if it runs out, no one gives out more.There are no mosquito nets on the windows, the most important thing is that we came by car and chose a guest house with a parking lot.It was declared here, but there is no parking in fact.It's not far to the sea, but you need to go through the railway crossing, cross the road in the wrong place, go down a little and you're at the sea.There was a kitchen, 200 rubles for use, but my husband warmed up something in the microwave a couple of times, no one asked anything.Steep descent/ascent

I really liked Camila, we had a rest in August 2023, in a double room with my wife,air conditioning,TV.refrigerator,shower stall,cleaned daily, thanks to the maid Lyudochka. When cleaning, they do not put new toilet paper, they also do not change the terry sheets (there are no ordinary duvet covers, only sheets similar to large towels and "naked" blankets). The room has a refrigerator, kettle and various utensils (TV, wardrobe with full-length mirror). All the time we lived here, there was a loud construction, I hope you will be more lucky. We had a rest in Kamila in the middle of August 2021. The first impression was good, a nice room with a great view. But a day later they realized that it was not about this guest house. It is very noisy, there is a railway nearby, and opposite the owner has a dog that barks around the clock at every rustle. There is also a highway right behind the house. The room is very stuffy, you turn on the air conditioner, it gets cool, but it wasn't there, the light is turned off every night and several times a day. You definitely won't go there a second time and you won't advise anyone. The shower hose broke, we didn't even take it off the wall, it burst from the pressure, so they made us pay 300 rubles for it. Although I think that the owners should provide comfortable living conditions if something breaks down to fix it. They cleaned it once in 11 days, even if they gave them a rag to clean up themselves. It gets dark very early, if you are in the room you want to at least watch TV, so you were not lucky with that either, a small 3-channel TV and those with ripples. The only advantage was that the sea was nearby and there was a beautiful view from the terrace.

We stayed at this guest house in 2019 .I liked everything and the prices are relatively inexpensive.. in 2021, we booked a room again, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the trip had to be postponed.the hostess immediately refunded the money for booking the room.which was very decent and pleasant, if possible, to rest only here

The parking lot in front of the house is small, there is a little above the level, but you need to manage to drive in without burning the clutch and without piercing the wheel because this is a construction site. The rooms are small, budget-friendly, but you can live. It's not far from the sea, almost across the street. The noise of the road causes some concern, but any public transport is nearby. In general, everything is very democratic - prices first of all. There was a small incident - the owner refused to settle for one day, although there was an agreement. This was somewhat discouraging upon arrival and after a long ordeal of going upstairs and parking. But the hostess appeared and promptly "sorted out" everything.
