We stayed at the hotel from 01.10.25 to 04.10.25 as a family - 2 adults + 2 children. We booked a family room. It is small and consists of a small entrance hall, a main room with four beds (1 large double and 2 double beds) and a bathroom. Located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator and stairs. There are slippers and shower accessories in the room. A small refrigerator is also available. The room was a little cramped, but it wasn't that important to us, since we came to sleep in the room. First of all, I would like to mention the excellent work of the administrators and express my gratitude to them! This is our first time in Istanbul, we came to see the sights and take a walk around the city. Ehsan helped us with our suitcases, told us in detail about the nearby and not only attractions, recommended delicious and inexpensive cafes and gave us the necessary advice! Kadir answered all our questions, and also told us about public transport, and gave us valuable tips for getting around Istanbul. Ehsan and Kadir were polite and friendly, thank you so much for your help! The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. The hotel is located on a narrow street with old paving stones, the windows faced this road, so the audibility of conversations of passers-by, passing cars and carts, etc. was excellent. But I can't say that this street is noisy. She's pretty calm. Besides, we were so tired during the day that we slept very soundly. And it was quiet at night. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but you can have tea and coffee in the lobby on the 1st floor. The guys also recommended places where you can have breakfast. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The room was clean, but there was black hair on the towels when we checked in. The rooms also have poor sound insulation. One day we clearly heard conversations in the next room after 22:00. And also the curtains in the room really stink of cigarettes. The hotel's Wi-Fi is excellent. In general, I recommend the hotel.

Good repair, but the room is small, there is little space for things. The room had a window, but the view was on the stairs (1st floor), so there was no natural light at all. The bathroom is pleasant, shower, hairdryer, but the extractor hood does not work well, it does not cope, humidity gets into the room. Service: the room was cleaned every 2-3 days, towels were changed (sometimes with holes), bed linen. Bathroom accessories according to the mood. The worst thing about staying at this hotel was the low noise insulation. We woke up every morning to loud conversations of the staff in the hallway, from slamming doors, the noise of visitors. I had to sleep in earplugs, which does not meet the expectations of a comfortable stay.

It is a pity that Yandex has such a low rating. I booked this hotel on a booking, I have been staying since April 15, 2023. I'll start with the pros: + courteous staff + clean rooms with new renovation and furniture. + hot/cold water comes immediately + air conditioning + view from the balcony to the sea and the city. + location. The tram stop is 5 minutes away. The Blue Mosque , a huge park, an embankment that runs for at least 15 kilometers, and so on. All this is 5-10 minutes from the hotel. + quiet area + good sound insulation +cleaning every day I stopped by, I was greeted by the good-natured staff, there is a guy who speaks Russian. I booked a room below the category, but I was given a higher category with a balcony, a huge room and a view of the sea and the city ... it's very nice. Thank you guys! The rooms are fresh , new appliances, furniture, renovation. All this pleases the eye. Of the cons: - one nightstand was dirty and there was a lot of women's hair… - there are no curtains on the doors that lead to the balcony. That's all. I highly recommend it! I attach a photo of the room + beautiful places within walking distance from the hotel. Gülhane Parkı Park after passing through it, you can go to the embankment. And in front of the park you will see the famous blue Mosque. Good luck!
