An employee of the store (she was without a badge) was rude to me and spoke only with irony and sarcasm when I came to buy stockings. When I asked her politely if they had high stockings, she pretended she didn't understand what I was talking about. When I clarified that I meant stockings above the knee and without lace, she laughed sarcastically and asked how I would wear stockings without lace if they didn't stick on me. I asked if they had anything in the store that could help me, but she said, "you can tie them up with an elastic band, like grandmothers used to do," and when I asked if they had elastic bands or clothespins, she clearly mockingly said that hair bands You can buy it at the mila hardware store. Not wanting to continue the dialogue with such a dismissive boor who knows nothing about the ethics of the seller and his work duties, I just bought stockings and left. In the evening at home, I saw that one of the stockings was stretched (I had never worn them). The next day, I went to the same store to make a return of the product of inadequate quality. When I arrived, this blonde woman without a badge was on shift again. As soon as I started talking about a refund, she interrupted me and said that this item was non-refundable. Since she wouldn't let me even get a word in, my husband intervened, who said it wasn't second-hand goods of inadequate quality. The saleswoman (I'm not sure about her position, because again, she wasn't wearing a badge) told him to shut up several times and shushed him. Then she couldn't make a refund at the terminal, making obvious stupid mistakes when working with the checkout (because I myself worked as an administrator at the store for a long time, I know how the checkout works, the terminal, why and how to enter the RRN code), which gave the impression that she just didn't want to carry out this refund. Throughout everything that was happening, she periodically laughed and sarcastically uttered phrases like: "I remember you well yesterday," "we're laughing here with you" (of all those present, only she laughed, obviously because I was shocked by such terrible rudeness and incompetence). Obviously, I had no desire for anyone to be in this place, even for an extra minute, so I did not leave a review in the complaint book. That's why I described the situation in detail here. I hope this will bring at least some result.
