I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of the service and take action. I tried to pay a loan at your bank at 9:37 today, but it didn't work out. The automatic queue is not working, and the TV with information is not working. No one can help. It's very inconvenient, I'm wasting my time. Please understand and arrange the service.
