The consultant always tries to make the client feel guilty if something is wrong with the glasses, all this is mechanical damage, even if the paint peels off the frame, in order to prove something to them, you need to send the glasses for at least 2 weeks somewhere there... To Mozyr! We will not buy glasses there anymore, there are enough opticians in Gomel where everything is solved promptly and they do not try to pass everything off as mechanical damage and make you feel guilty for mishandling glasses, although there is no consultation on how to handle the frame so that the paint does not peel off! I don't recommend it. When replacing the lenses in the new glasses, a piece of the coating was peeled off the frame. I really regret that I took the glasses away without taking a good look at their condition.
