We were looking for a gas boiler with my father, in the amount of about 5 thousand rubles.
We stopped at the 2 inch store on 04/07/2024.
We paid attention to the De Dietrich boiler at a price of about 3,150, but all desire to buy it in this store disappeared after communicating with the seller.
The peasant salesman turned out to be boorish, interrupted, answered questions with some kind of heresy, communicated in raised tones, as if it was impossible to enter this store at all and be interested in the assortment.
If I had been alone at that moment, he would have listened to a lot of pleasantries from me, I respect and appreciate my father - I did not become rude in front of him in response to your husband.
I will say this - with such an attitude to the customer, there will be no sales in this store.
I ordered the same De Dietrich boiler in another store for 400 rubles more expensive - after all, all stages of the transaction are important to me, including the attitude to the client, and you continue to work with this under-seller.
