I contacted the photo studio on 01/31/2025 (2astudio on Mukimi 1A) I wanted a New Year's family shoot, the New Year decorations had already been removed, I talked with Artyom, the studio head, he got into the situation and for an additional fee of 300 thousand said that he would make the design and put up a small Christmas tree, for which I thank him separately. At the very beginning, I explained to Artyom that I am a photographer myself and that I want portraits with a very blurred background, Artyom said that there would be a photographer with a cool Nikon camera, which already alerted me, since it is not a megapixel and the coolness of the camera is the key to high-quality shooting. I asked the photographer's contact to discuss the details and get to know each other in absentia in a Telegram. Valentin Sukhotsky turned out to be the photographer, he also explained that high-quality portraits with a blurred background were needed, he did not find any references on the Internet where the father and son are in the photo. Due to our busy schedule, our dialogue was over. On the day of the shooting, my son was moody, as a result, he received a link from the photo 10 days later, after being reminded of where my photos were? as a result, I got a little more than 1400 photos in less than an hour of shooting, of course I was shocked to sit and watch 1400 frames, just a burst ... from this I had to choose a photo for processing. I'm not used to giving away photos like this, I had a conversation with Artyom and explained all my complaints about the quality of the photo, namely: 1 dark eyes 2 hard shadows on the face I have to sort 3,400 frames. 4 the framing is not successful. I had to run after Artyom because after giving out the photo and my call to Artyom, I outlined the facts of poor quality shooting and expected some kind of answer, to which Artyom could not offer anything. Later, on the second call, Artyom said that everything can be fixed in Photoshop, my opinion is that if the source code is corrupted, it can be fixed, but it won't be me in the photo... this is my experience as a photographer and I know what I'm saying. In response, I was told that this is my "subjective opinion" in terms of the quality of the shooting, and I find fault with the quality of the photo, and "generally I have nothing to do" I twist people's brains. I took another New Year's photo shoot from Valentin Sukhotsky's Instagram, where a man's face is in shadow, and sent these photos to Artyom, to which he said that everything was fine, as it should be. Valentin said, "people are coming to me for this kind of shooting, this is my style." Rembrandt's lighting scheme, but if you look at the photo of a married couple, the man's face is just tinny and there is no lighting. Artyom (the studio owner) and photographer Valentin Sukhotsky argued that my "subjective" opinion was at odds with their "correct" one and they saw no reason to be outraged. After a long debate and conversation, Artyom offered a refund, either to choose a photo and retouch it, or a certificate, Valentin Sukhotsky processed it during the conversation, but the result was not obvious, to which Valentin was indignant that I did not see the difference ... although I said that the eyes were dark, and they remained so, Valentin gave reasonable specifics about what exactly I was not satisfied with the quality of the photo. But he and I couldn't find a common language, although I wasn't supposed to communicate with him because I had agreed with Artyom and the finances went through his studio. The payment receipt was not given. Artyom decided to make a refund of the amount he considered necessary without informing me, simply by sending a screenshot of the transfer of money to the card in Telegram without even saying hello. Artyom could afford to get personal, was insubordinate, and raised his voice at me, although I expressed my arguments and facts without exaggeration. And the most important thing that was said by Artyom in order to resolve the conflict, "for the first time, this situation is all happy, but you are not" After reading reviews on the Internet about studio 2astudio, this is not the first time rude communication with clients. What conclusion did I draw? The studio is not providing a high-quality service, hoping for the client's ignorance in terms of shooting. The staff of the photo studio strongly claims that there are no mistakes on their part, they use the words “you are such a complex person” “subjective opinion” “This is the first time such a situation has occurred” are these some kind of special courses and they explain that it is necessary to use these words in resolving controversial situations?
