Virtual reception rooms are even worse than the official ones. I have already applied to the Ministry of Justice on several occasions for obstruction of my rights by the prosecutor's office and the courts. The Ministry is well aware of the widespread violation of rights, but civil servants are not held accountable for the purpose of intending further violations against citizens, including my rights.
