The hotel 'does not pull' on five stars!... We came to celebrate my mother's anniversary (seven people). We booked four rooms. Upon arrival, they said that one room had been paid (mom's room, she was making the reservation) and three needed to be paid. Mom was given a room card, she was able to connect to wi-fi and began contacting her tour operator to find out (it's Saturday evening!!). Then the second administrator explained the same thing to us: the rooms have not been paid, we don't know anything, find out. Communicate in broken English from both sides and with the help of a translator program. When the administrators changed, an administrator who spoke a little Russian appeared, and for some reason, the entire payment was immediately "found"!! After five hours of clarifying, nerves, and stress, they didn't even apologize to us!!! All the rooms were for two people, but there was only one bathrobe in the cupboards. Mom didn't have a hair dryer in her room, part of the lighting was blocked, and the shower wasn't really working - they asked me to fix it, but no one did anything in a week! The rooms are spacious. Great beds, comfortable. They cleaned well. But in some rooms they smoke, and the windows are deaf, they don't open. Linen does not dry, there are no balconies. The pool is nice. There are no towels for the beach. A new airport has been built and it's almost an hour's drive to the hotel. It's a long way to get to the sights. You can't get on the subway during rush hour..

The rooms are huge, there is a swimming pool, gym, sauna. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is polite. The water pressure is very weak, it is problematic to wash your hair). The metro is a 3-minute walk away, as well as the Kfc. There's a store across the street that sells everything, including souvenirs, and the prices are cheap.
