I love things from this store But this was the first time I had encountered such rudeness, I was made clear that no one in this store can speak Russian (a woman with short hair at the checkout) although before that, the store employees had spoken in Russian in the fitting room. In general, at first they couldn't count the money, then they couldn't arrange the tax free. I've already paid for everything and put it in a suitcase, they started demanding things back to clarify the article. My child no longer knew where to put herself from fatigue and a very long wait. The women at the checkout started behaving inappropriately, being rude to me in response. I couldn't make a purchase. When I came out, the cashier chased me and threatened me. I'm terrified.
