In fact, he did not try to understand the order: he did not listen to the rest, he only answered loudly that everything would be fine. He couldn't pick up the payment for a long time, and when he did, he made a scene about the lack of tips, or we didn't understand what he wanted. He dropped the change and left. He speaks Russian, but within the framework of the menu, no more. There is no point in explaining something in any language other than your native language.
