The location is very nice. Near the Irtysh River. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is optional, but it is necessary to clarify about the variety. The entire list is not always announced.

In principle, the price-quality ratio is very good, spacious room, quiet, clean, breakfast on time. The staff is very friendly, I arrived late in the evening, provided a thermos with boiling water to drink tea, in the morning I was told how to get to the place. The only disadvantage of Wi-Fi is that there is practically none. In the evening, it was still heated after 30 seconds, and in the morning it did not connect at all

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Clean linen, plenty of towels, toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included. I recommend.

A lovely small hotel with kind and helpful staff. For your money- what you need on a business trip. Breakfast is very good, everything you need: scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, sandwiches, yogurt. Very warm, bathrobe, fresh towels. The last day of the stay was marred by the lack of water, but this is not the fault of the hotel, but of the utilities, because there was no water in all nearby facilities. In general, in terms of price / quality ratio, the hotel is the best!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, I spent two nights here with pleasure. Clean, quiet. Very good location - close to the waterfront. Centre. The breakfasts are modest, but quite acceptable.
