A great restaurant like all the establishments of the chain, I used to be only in Tallinn and Helsinki, now I've been to vapiano in Baku, everything is the same, I didn't really like the beer. A bucket of salad, I recommend, is very tasty, but it may be a little more expensive than in local restaurants. Cafes of the international network Vapiano, accordingly, expected that the standard of preparation for all countries should be the same. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Favorite pasta with salmon: the menu states that white wine is used as an ingredient. It was not added. In addition, in Europe and the UAE, for example, egg yolk, pesto sauce, fried garlic, onions and herbs are used in the sauce for this pasta. All this was absent in the Baku version. In caesar, the chicken was too finely chopped and fried. Although the portions, it should be noted, are as large as in other countries. There are not many visitors at lunchtime, although in other countries it is sometimes difficult to find a free table

Disgusting. A dining room with a hint of Italian dishes. Nicoise salad has nothing to do with what it should be: potatoes are spoiled and sour, tuna is canned and with BONES!!! Ravioli con carne- in green onion sauce. Seriously? I wonder what the Italians would say to that? Among other things, there was a stone in one of the ravioli. Pasta buratta- they asked for pasta al dente, but they don't know this here, the pasta is overcooked to the state of porridge. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Awful. If it's the first time, it's not clear what to do. The card for orders at the entrance was not offered, while it has a limit of 80 manats. They didn't want to give the second one until you return the first one (not enough for everyone!!!). Run like a fool from "chef" to "chef" order one or the other - everyone has their own dish.
