I have a negative experience of interaction with this company. While in the UAE, I placed an order for car rental on the company's website on 25.02.2022 for a total amount of 3345.30 AED (approximately 900 USD). I made an advance payment, as suggested on the website. After placing the order, the company called me and informed me that the driver's license of the Russian Federation attached to the order could not be accepted. There was no pre-moderation when placing the order. The order eventually had to be canceled. I was promised a refund within 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks. The money was not returned, the letters are not answered. It seems that this company decided to appropriate my money for an order that it did not fulfill. And apparently this company believes that the company's reputation is worth less than a thousand dollars or so.
