On the smoking floors, it is not possible to get out of the elevator, the stench is terrible, we stopped in a non-smoking room, so there was always a cheap air freshener on the floor a mile away. There are no balconies, the transfer to the beach is paid and not cheap, this hotel clearly does not pull for 4 stars. There is a problem with air conditioning in the room, the cold is fierce, the temperature did not increase. For some reason, the pool was opened from 14:00 and it is very small in size. Not a cozy hotel. I didn't get in there. And breakfast is not ice either.

Check-in is strictly at 14h., check-out is 12h.
The windows don't open, only the air conditioner.
Our cleaning is excellent, the water was always replenished, the staff is friendly.
Nearby 10min. the metro and there is a bus across the street to the beach, but it does not run according to schedule, you can wait 20-30 minutes if you go to the Marina. Taxi to the Marina 25-30 dirhams and also to Kite Beach. Shops and cafes are nearby, just behind the hotel. Custard coffee is also behind the hotel, behind the parking lot in the cafe from the store.

Rooms/floor for smokers is a separate story.
The rooms are battered, old, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. On some floors, you can hear loud music playing from the bar/restaurant below.

Booked this hotel through Yandex Travel. Upon arrival in the morning, we were told there was no reservation at the reception! About an hour we found out in the end the reservation did not appear, the money was debited from the card, but there was no reservation, the hotel put us out the door when we started writing to Yandex support. We were told that they would sort it out, but in the end we were still left to blame. That we arrived at 9 am and check-in at 14-00. But the hotel didn't say a word to us that there is no early check-in, wait until 14-00. We would certainly have waited since the money was paid for the hotel. The result is this: don't believe this application and the hotel is also so-so, how do they work there that they don't see the reservation and can't figure it out normally. And they just give you passports and say there is no reservation for you. Of course, no one returned the money. And I did not understand. We had to look for another hotel in the morning and pay again

We've read a lot of reviews, but unfortunately everyone has an expiration date. The tour operator and websites are talking about a hotel-beach transfer. He's gone! We chose a hotel based on this. In which we were very disappointed. Taxi to the beach goes from 30 derham (depending on which beach to choose) about 30 is to the nearest free without changing rooms and showers. Or by bus and metro - it takes longer, but cheaper from 20 derham for two (stops in 10-15 minutes of a quick walk). In general, they burned out with the sea. There are no attractions in the area to go to everything and for a long time , sometimes with transfers, which will also be costly. So I will say the location and the lack of a shuttle to the beach disappointed significantly. The whole vacation is on the run. The hotel is surrounded by skyscrapers, near a small square, if you are looking for comfort and beautiful views - the hotel is not for you. The disappointment didn't end there. We had an early check-out and we missed breakfast - they didn't have lunch boxes! This is the first time we have encountered this in all our travels abroad and in Russia... And of course the deposit. In other hotels, they were allowed to leave a passport on the last day before eviction instead of a deposit (here it is 200 derham, or 100 dollars), the same was said to us by the representative of anex from whom we flew, but here, as you already understand, it does not work.
I also had to ask for bath accessories (toothbrush, slippers)
Of the advantages:
+ The pool on the 14th floor is small but clean.
+ Varied food (rice, chicken, red meat, roast, sauce, soup, potatoes, noodles, pasta, snacks, cakes, fruits (watermelon, melon, pineapple). I was surprised that there is no tea for dinner, only for an extra.payment. but there is still water and, like, lemonade with fruit, too, without gas.
+Daily cleaning and changing of towels is also daily
+Tea / coffee, sugar, still water 2 bottles. 0.5 liters daily.
+/- Fresh rooms, but you can see the dampness, in a year or two you will have to process. Because the windows do not open, and the air conditioner only works in the cold. There are no clothes dryers and towels. There is no iron by the way. This is an additional fee
In general, we will not come to this hotel again.

The rooms are smoky and dirty!!! The neighbors did not let me sleep until 4 in the morning, the audibility is terrible, because there is a door between the rooms! We called the reception 2 times at 4 am, no one picked up the phone! So even at the check-out, the administrator snatched out the phone and started writing a positive review!
The breakfasts are normal!

The trip was at the end of December 2022. The staff speaks only English. When checking in, they took a tax for two (I don't remember how much) and a deposit of 200 AED for the room (which was paid by card, and returned in cash to AED upon departure). They asked for a higher room, they gave it on the 10th floor. There was a persistent smell of tobacco in the room. Asked to replace. After a long wait in the lobby, we were given a room on the 4th floor, saying that there were no other options (either one or this one). A huge disadvantage is that the building is completely glass, there are no windows, as well as balconies (it will not be possible to ventilate). There is general ventilation and air conditioning, which we turned off, because it is very cold at night, and it is impossible to change the temperature. The room is large, but very tired and shabby. Pulls only 2 stars! The room has a safe, refrigerator, TV kettle (tea, coffee and water bottles are replenished daily), there is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron are available on request, adapters for sockets are also on request. They cleaned badly, the carpet was not vacuumed once all the time. Towels were changed, at our request, every day. For two there was 1 for hands, 1 for feet and 2 large ones. Soap, gel and shampoo with balm are poured into common large bottles. There are no slippers, bathrobes and dental kits! The slippers were somehow given out at the end of the rest after repeated requests. There is no body lotion either. The water in the shower during rush hour (morning and evening) was slightly warm. The breakfasts are European. All kinds of omelets, potatoes, rice, pasta with vegetables, fresh vegetables, olives, ham, cheeses, various croissants (strongly smelled of rancid butter), fruits (apples, watermelon and melon), tea, coffee, juices, milk and cereals. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant where breakfast takes place! There is a small swimming pool on the roof. The deck chairs are comfortable, towels are provided. The sun hits 6 sun loungers, the rest are always in the shade. There is no transfer to the beach, only to a couple of malls. The location of the hotel is very convenient. To the metro 8 min. walk. The hotel has a bus stop, you can take a bus to Dubai Marina (40 min), Dubai Mall (50 min).

There is no pool on the roof. Small, uncomfortable.
The location of the front door does not allow you to pick you up from the hotel, you have to go to the backyard.(keep in mind during excursions)
But the pros are near the Korefur supermarket, there's a lot of fashionable things to buy there.
+ The metro is not far to go. It is convenient to live and move around the top places.

we lived in this hotel for 11 days. our vacation began with the fact that the girl at the reception could not understand where the reservation number was written (the voucher and all other documents from the tour operator were printed out). it felt like she was checking guests into a hotel for the first time. then I asked from the phone to show where we booked. after opening the app and showing her the tour, she took my phone and walked away. when the girl returned, she said that there was no reservation and further advised us to solve this problem ourselves)) to my surprise, the answer was one - write to the tour operator, there is no reservation (judging by the reviews in this hotel, this situation does not happen for the first time). we stood at the reception for 40 minutes and no help was given to us (thanks at least to the WiFi). we wrote to the tour operator, tried to figure out where to call - the tour operator, for his part, sent the reservation number that she had to enter and convinced us that the entire reservation had passed. they came up to the girl again - there is no armor, I'm all in tears. then we decided to approach another administrator, and what do you think?! another girl entered the same number and that's it, our reservation turns out to be there, everything is in order, we were settled. the rest has already passed, and I'm still in shock from this situation. for an hour we were on our nerves and thought what to do, for an hour!!!!!
now about the hotel - the breakfasts were the same every day. every day for 11 days! in general, they are not bad, but the choice is not so wide and in 11 days sausages with scrambled eggs and bacon were already in the liver. the room stock is old and very tired - everything needs repair (especially the bathroom and dirty carpet in the room). especially killed by the lack of a heated towel rail in the rooms)) that is, as a result, there were no balconies where things could be dried, no towel rail ... but there was a clothesline (it was not enough for two people, it was very small, despite the fact that we dried quite a few things)
the pool is small, not bad for its price.
the free shuttle to the outlet mall just killed - dirty, it's scary to sit on the seats, extra seats open in the aisle - the seats recline, there is air conditioning but there is no air conditioning, the driver behaves disgustingly, it's better not to touch the curtains on the windows. a terribly nasty bus (also half an hour late)
from the pros - the hotel staff are smiling and friendly, always happy to help (with the exception of the girl with the armor mentioned above), the cleaning is not bad (they give 0.5 water per person per day), good air conditioners in the room and hotel, a beautiful large hall, there is a starbucks, his own nightclub (but we didn't go there) and a restaurant.
the location is normal, but you need to understand that you will not reach the beach on foot. we were ready for this, but the trip to the beach by public transport is about 45 minutes. there is not much place to walk in the area, but there was a metro

We rested at the hotel in mid-December. A beautiful, clean hotel and room, only English is spoken at the reception, upon arrival 100 dirhams deposit, which is returned upon check-out + a tourist fee of 30 dirhams. You can pay in dollars, they will be changed on the spot at the exchange rate.
The room has everything you need, a refrigerator, a large bed and soft pillows. Cleaning every day, change of towels and water). There is air conditioning, the water pressure is excellent.
We took a buffet breakfast, a large selection (sausage, cheeses, yogurt, watermelon, melon, pastries, omelet, porridge, sausages, pasta, potato triangles, waffles, various toppings, coffee/tea/juice / water). The breakfasts are good.
The hotel offers excursions, but they are much more expensive, cheaper by satellite or tripster.
There is a Starbucks on the territory, coffee is everywhere in Dubai in the area of 400rubles, in mac 200-250 rubles.
There are supermarkets nearby, we have been looking for a currency exchange for a long time, it seems that you can change it at the hotel. To the left of the exit from the hotel there is a walking area, a mini park, it's nice to walk in the evenings.
On the top floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool)
It is not convenient to walk to the sea and for a very long time, we took the metro - to the metro ~ 15 min Dudai internet sity station and to the DMCC station, then 20 minutes to the beach through the beautiful Dubai Marina, this is a beach with a Ferris wheel. We also went to Kite beach (the beach where the sail hotel is) by taxi, it took 10-15 minutes to go, about 600rubles came out in one direction, their taxi is expensive.
You can swim, the water is cool, but you get used to it, the sun warms you.
We also took the metro to Dubai Mill and Burj Khalifa, conveniently.
There are long distances in Dubai, it is important to understand that the hotel is located in an urban area. We enjoyed our stay, we recommend👍🏻
