I want to express my deep gratitude to the workshop for the excellent service and human attitude! My computer broke down at the most inopportune moment, and I was already desperate, but the guys from the workshop literally saved the situation. Everything was repaired quickly, efficiently and with attention to detail. To be honest, it's hard to find a better service in the city.
The wizard quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions. The prices for services are quite adequate, and the terms of the repair itself were not delayed. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised that after completing the work, they explained in detail what had been done and how to avoid similar problems in the future. She handed over her very elderly and frankly poorly functioning laptop for repair, and could not clearly express her wishes. The master was extremely attentive to my wishes, recommended a couple of options for repairing and optimizing the laptop. Everything was agreed step by step, as a result: I simply did not recognize the computer at the time of checking! It just "flies", all the necessary software is installed, the available data is conveniently and appropriately located! The master is always in touch, answers all questions, repairs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In the near future, I will take another laptop for repair here, because I am confident in the quality and reliability of the workshop. The prices are very loyal and pleasantly surprising, which is important.
