The operation went smoothly, and the positive impressions ended there. I waited two weeks for the histology results, although the clinic received them earlier. I had to call myself several times to find out at least some information. The report was sent only after a persistent request, without explanations or recommendations. When asked about my main problem, they answered formally: "I don't need an appointment." Promises to contact and give an answer were constantly violated, and I had to clarify everything myself. As a result, several weeks have passed, and instead of professional support, I received a complete lack of treatment and a specific plan.
