An atmospheric place with a cool ayran It's a very popular place for dinners: when we arrived, there was only one empty table left, so I think it's better to plan a visit here in advance. In general, our goal that evening was baklava, which we liked here in principle. I would also like to mention ayran, which is a very, very tasty drink, which for some reason I liked especially here.😅 The customers at the next table were obviously ordering more aggressive dishes. We really liked their original presentation.

We really liked everything in this restaurant.We were looking for a place where we could taste Turkish cuisine in a good performance. There's no kitchen. Meat has no taste. However, the fresh vegetables and tortillas were not bad. But the staff!!! I don't want to write negativity. I'll say one thing - I don't recommend it to anyone. If you don't want to feel like an empty place and remember for a long time when you managed to get into debt as a waiter at this restaurant, don't go there.

The restaurant is only a hundred meters from Hagia Sophia, but thanks to the thick marble walls and the courtyard with a fountain, it is quiet here, as if in the residence of a pasha. The concept is "modern Ottoman cuisine": oysters marinated in saffron sauce, juicy lamb tail kebab served on a pillow of smoky melted bulgur, and pistachio sultan baklava with ice cream with mahep. In the evenings, live oud plays, and the sommelier offers rare Kahramanmarashi wines that emphasize the spicy character of the dishes. Thanks to the attention to detail and sincere hospitality, the establishment has earned an almost perfect rating and a reputation as a "secret treasure" of the historic district.

A very good restaurant for the interior, service and of course the kitchen! And after most of Sultanahmet's eateries, it's just paradise! It's really a restaurant, but the prices are lower than in most places with swinging tables and chairs, where they just fry fish for you. To the main thing: we took a salad with hummus. Good. Tasty. But when the tandoor lamb was brought (its picture is in the very center of the main menu) - people are a bomb!!! It's the tastiest mutton I've ever eaten. My other half was squeaking from a chicken kebab. Plus tea and rice pudding and 930 liras for small things. It's a gift for the really delicious dishes in the area! The restaurant was recommended by the guide Nina from the Sabri Guide Team, whom we found on the tripster. Special thanks to her for that. By the way, the tour was also a bomb.

They brought a compliment from the institution so that they would not be bored, then they wanted to please so much that they mistakenly brought an order from a nearby table, and they were not confused that the order was for two, and I was alone. It was very nice. My order arrived just as quickly. The food is worthy of the sultan himself, I will not describe it, you need to try. Only homemade wine by the glass. Pink is very decent. I don't recommend red wine by the glass, it's a bit stingy. If you like red, then only a bottle of local Shiraz. Local tea is required for sweets.

A great place in Istanbul! We visited this restaurant for the first time in 2019-2020 and we really liked it. Having arrived in Istanbul this year, we just couldn't help but visit this place.
